The resort stands out for its value for money. It's ample enough so you don't feel it crowded, clean, has a good variety in food, the beach is steps away, plus it has a wellness center, theme restaurants (Tunisian and Italian) and organizes fun activities each day (Shows, Aqua aerobics, bow and arrow, etc).
The staff, including Leyla and Hatem, provided an outstanding level of care when my mom fell sick. They constantly checked on her, helped providing medicine and brought a special diet into her room.

Every night, animation in the bar! We had a great stay!
I entered the hotel only to use their cash machine as ours next door wasn’t working. We had one more day/night in Tunisia and after seeing the hotel and experiencing their hospitality it was a must that we booked our last day here. The staff were so accommodating when we asked to see their room as we stunned with the decor and energy of the hotel. Ali & Rayet on reception were AMAZING! Thank you for taking care of us during our short stay!
The food was Ok, the pool, the activities and the staff were nice. The first night they gave us a really old and smelly room with view on the hotel next door, which was lousy and noisy. The receptionists did they're best and upgraded us to a nicer room (still not what one would expect for a 5* palace but it had a beach and pool view)
The hotel had a nice vibe but it really needs a good renovation.
awful and terrorising experience. my daughters stayed in the hotel and , as a visitor, I had the feeling they were in a prison pr a psychiatric hospital. I was followed, told I could not have bfast with them, threatened to be kicked out by management. I was traumatized and took my daighters out the next day
Great breakfast! The staff members were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The reception manager offered us an upgrade of the room at no extra charges. It was a very large suite with formidable facilities.
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Tunsia This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff (Souhail)was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
Everything is beautiful in the hotel, there is a big improvement. Compared to previous years, in terms of cleanliness, reception, services, and food, variety and taste .thenks
