The location was perfect. I spent every morning walking around Tumon for 30 minutes to an hour. And just across the hotel is a small path to a beach.
Also really loved the 24-hour store and the 24-hour gym.
If you need to get last minute souvenirs, there's an ABC Store that's practically next door.
The hotel room was pretty nice and spacious.
Staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel has the best location, where it is surrounded by lots of restaurants, stores, and beaches that are walking distance. Additionally, they have airport shuttle and taxis available at all time around the island even to the malls and several tourist sites.

I paid $40 more for this hotel versus another one because of the availability of airport shuttle. Before leaving Hawaii I had contacted the property and told them of my travel plans. I was very disappointed when I landed at 5 o’clock in the afternoon to hear that the airport shuttle was not available to pick me up. Also, when I checked in and requested to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning, again it was unavailable! So I ended up having to pay $50 extra for a Taxi. The concierge confided in me that the airport shuttle is rarely available to anyone. I feel like this was false advertising.

Tumon is not a great place unless you are Japanese or Koraen looking to escape to a little bit of America ! we spent 4 days there as travellers or explorers and found some stuff to do but just a good rest and layover stop ! Give other places more time if you are a traveler !

everything was almost perfect, the room, location was excellent, the toilet and baths although looks old was working properly, water pressure was strong and hot water is aleays available, the place was quiet and the ambience was wonderful, i slept great during my entire stay.
the only issue i had is the wifi, the signal is not always available, but aside from that i can’t stop praising this place, i will definitely stay there again if i return to Guam

Abundance of varied restaurants within walking distance.
Abundance of varied restaurants within walking distance. The weather made it possible to enjoy walking to the Mall - about 25 minute walk. A lot of time was spent at the pool and the beach because most tourist activities were significantly curtailed or shutdown totally for Covid. A rental car is necessary as taxis and hotel transportation are very expensive.

Great area with easy access to many restaurants, shops and beaches. Some great places to eat: Uomaru Honten (Japanese ikakaya), Fuji Ichiban (ramen shop), Prego (Italian) at the Westin, Pizzakaya (gourmet pizza), Tree Bat at the Hilton, Red Lobster, and Sinaloa (Mexican).
Standard hotel room. Good location, but not on the beach (not too far though, but I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my stuff on the beach unattended to go swimming). The restaurant was not cheap, but quite delicious. Some facilities were not working since covid including water slide and resort park and pool bar and spa. So don't trust all the photos.
The hotel should not be operating for travelers.
I saw many people seem to live there. The hotel smells mold from the elevator, hallway to the room. Had to switch rooms 3 times. Had to settle with the room that had mold under the bathroom sink. The other rooms had a very bad mold smell and bed had mold. The other room ceiling paint was falling.
i like that it is near the beach and in the quieter side of the strip.
room is big.
there is a mini store downstairs manned by a super lovely and kind lady.
there is korean resto downstairs which has authentic and delish korean dishes.
big parking space inside and outside the hotel.
fairly priced for its limited amenities.
The location right on the beach was gorgeous. The hotel itself is large and right on the main road for easy access to Guam's version of Uber called Stroll. There is also a loop bus that has a stop near the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The room service was excellent.
Hotel Tano was great! The interior of the building seems to have been very recently updated and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, AC was ice cold, and the hot water worked great. The smart TV in the room worked very well.
location is great. close to all places to go in Guam. walking distance. comfortable beds, sometimes the room is not properly clean as they dont use fresheners, can be smelly.
The hotel is near everything. It is very clean and comfortable. We got a room facing the ocean and it was so nice. The parking lot is big. We are looking forward to go again.
