When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers on the beds and no towels in the room so we had to change rooms. The next room didn’t have a light in the bathroom and no remote for the TV and half of the closet was missing along with the refrigerator and microwave.
When I went to check out I was told my room was not changed to my Credit Card and I showed the clerk at the desk where it had been changed and she said because I booked on booking.com there was an additional charge that needed to be paid along with my room charges. I declined to pay any additional charges because I booked the room at the rate that was charged to my card. The clerk was very rude and was rude yesterday when I asked her to have someone fix the bathroom light so I could see when I took a shower. I will not stay at this place again.

I was raised in WF, but moved away in 1989. This trip was for a funeral. But, we did look around for changes. Our old house & neighborhood looks the same. Sikes Center Mall has gone downhill. That used to be the big thing in WF. Good memories!

Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say.
Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. DIRTY. Old sheets with spots on them. I kept checking for bugs I was so disturbed. You could not pay me to stay there again. Smelled moldy and the carpet was hard to walk on, as if the padding was torn in pieces and placed underneath. Stumbled a couple of times due to carpet. Just a truly uncomfortable stay and experience. DIRTY!

Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great.
Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great. It's only that the care of the room before we arrived seemed a little rushed, as I noted in my initial review. But having driven 500+ miles that day, this was a wonderful stop before reaching Dallas. I'd highly recommend.

The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff.
The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff. I don't like if you are local they make you pay a 200 deposit. I didn't like that the room had roaches either. Would not stay here again unless everything else is booked up.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Well above average in 'looks' throughout. Front desk staff knowledgable, courteous and dressed appropriately (rather than shabby with a bunch of tattoos!). Room was large and very nicely furnished with pictures, mirrors and extra nice furniture. Bed was comfy. Bathroom large with an amazing shower. Nice breakfast w/adjoining sitting area nicely furnished. Price was very competitive. I would SURELY stay here again.
Our stay at the Baymont started out no so well. We had booked a handicapped king room. They did not have one available to us. The room we ended up with was with two queen beds very nice room. The clerk at the Baymont had called us in route to hotel and wanted a $200.00 deposit on the room because it showed we lived in their city. Nope live in West Texas. I was happy with room. They had contracted with the hospital to house nurses during the covid outbreak.
This hotel is fantastic! There is adequate parking, it is conveniently located next to Sikes Center Mall, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is wonderful. It is modern, with lots of color, clean, the complimentary breakfast is great, the room has so much space, gym/laundry/pool are conveniently located next to each other, and all the staff are helpful and genuinely friendly. Loved our stay here and will definitely come back again.
Walls were dirty, needed a lot of updates in the lobby, and hallways, and room. fresh paint can make a hotel feel so much cleaner, breakfast wasnt really good at all, eggs tasted like they had been blended in a pair of boots, and the waffle mix tasted as if it was a form of glue mix
Super Friendly Staff. Pet Friendly. Close to Sheppard AFB. Great Value. Room was clean and did not smell, considering it is pet friendly! Theres a Whataburger right across the street. This was our third stay here, and we would stay again.
Check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet nights sleep for these road weary travelers. However, coffee supplies were almost non-existent for one person, let alone two!
Very nice hotel with big rooms, and large public spaces . It was very quiet. Great breakfast , plus lots of restaurants and some bars very close by that we walked to. A very nice place to stay.
I liked the little lake and park across from hotel within walking distance. Perfect place for family with little kids. Beds were comfy and room was spacious!
