The manager was super helpful, he was able to accommodate me from switching me room from a king to 2 beds. Also, I was traveling with a service animal and he asked the correct questions and we had a great conversation.

This hotel is beautiful from the time you drive up and...
This hotel is beautiful from the time you drive up and especially once you enter the lobby. The receptionist (may have been an owner) was so pleasant that she made me feel as though I had known her. The atmosphere was very warm. We discussed the decor and how it was going to be changing and both agreed that to make down the beautiful separator between the lobby and dining area would be a catastrophe. It is gorgeous. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with an awesome shower. There was an actual breakfast the next morning with kitchen staff and various flavors of coffee and teas. It was just a very pleasant stay.

The Ford motor company in Mount Pleasant is by far the best...
The Ford motor company in Mount Pleasant is by far the best Ford location I've been to for services on my car. Whataburger is the place to eat!! Great food, friendly and efficient workers. On a downside; stay away from Candlewood Suites! It was a great place to stay at one time. Since it got taken over by new management I was in shock over the changes. The hallways smelled. The room had an odd odor to it. And had to put up with some weird looking flying bugs and roaches!

Good ole fashion home town.
Good ole fashion home town. Has all the modern stores and features around city however, downtown is like a step back in time. For those who love to haunt "antique" rumage and garage sales, House of Bargins and All Together are both well worth your down time. Be prepared to send at least and hour or more in each if you are a passionate shopper of all thing old.And if you are a hardcore shopper...stay a whole weekend in Mr Pleasant but visit Gilmore, city of antique shops. Another must is just a short drive down the road to Pittsburg Tx....home of the BEST and original hot links. On the way to Pittsburg, you will pass Efurd Orchards. Travel back in time decor and home of the pittsburg peach.
