The staff were so friendly and the facility was very clean.
The staff were so friendly and the facility was very clean. Our air conditioner went out in our house and it got too hot for my elderly mother and us to stay so I booked a room for her and one for us. We had a repairman come the next day but we didn't know how long it would take to diagnose the problem and fix it. The managers gave us extra time after check out to decide what we needed to do. We ended up staying another night. Arecelie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you all of you.

Allen is a northern suburb of Dallas.
Allen is a northern suburb of Dallas. This is a great location that has something to offer for every taste. It has the biggest High School Stadium in the State. There are restaurants for every taste. Shopping is excellent.

Enjoyed the Outlet Stores and The Village Stores.
Enjoyed the Outlet Stores and The Village Stores. Good resturants Rudy's and Lupe Tortilla. If your not use to the parallel road (interstate, expressway) can be confusing.
Wouldn't go to Cheddars in The Village.

Food was wonderful, Pluckers Wings had the best wings I have ever had. Glories Latin restaurant served the best meal I have eaten in years! I had grilled quail, it reminded me of earlier and better times when my husband, who passed four years ago, hunted every fall for quail. Also Whataburger was a place we really enjoyed! We shopped the Outlets buying many bargains, I bought 5 pairs of shoes. We were at the Allen Center for 3 days every thing was so clean and food good. Staff helpful. Getting around Allen was very easy for us, as we have a built-in GPS in the car. The only downfall was the coron19, my aunt lives in a Senior Complex in Lewisville and we did get to visit on Wednesday, the Complex stopped all visitors as of that Thursday. Over 999 miles and we only got to visit once! Grandson did make All American and finished 5th in his weight class, his College won the wrestling championship! Go Liberty!

Typical La Quinta, but the elevator was out of order.
Typical La Quinta, but the elevator was out of order. We had to carry our granddaughter, who was on crutches, up and down the stairs. This morning the front desk lady said we should have been put in the available ADA room on the first floor.

We have family in Allen, so we've visited many times.
We have family in Allen, so we've visited many times. It's HOT in the summer, so be prepared for that. We love Max's Donuts (near La Quinta), the Allen Library, and variety of places to eat and shop in and near Allen.
Location was fine I was there for funeral services of family member. Originally in my reservation I requested accommodation for handicap and was told that it was available then the day before an email was sent stating that there were none available which I didn't find out until I had arrived. I spent the night in a hotel room where i was reluctant to go to the bathroom due to non-availed needs to assist me. The adjustment was to this situation caused great pain .I am still recovering from the physical strain.
The location has multiple choices of shopping and restaurants. It was exciting. The breakfast is great. The rooms are roomy and neat. Great place for a family stay. Loved the simplicity and the kind staff. We stayed for 6 nights, and it is something we would recommend to others and want to do it again. I am in fact an architect and have designed hotels and the room size is unbeatable. The fact that they have self-service laundry makes staying with kids easier.
The rooms were clean and spacious and you step out of the hotel and step right into the Premium outlets which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always had a smile, greeting visitors in and out the door and also Ricky. Special thanks to the gentleman on the front desk after 8 am. He was an absolute star and I am truly grateful for his kindness! I had a great stay!
Breakfast time is until 9 but most of the food was gone by 845. The hotel reception staff was great but the breakfast staff not so much. And it there was not much selection to begin with. So I would rate breakfast 1 star out of 5. Also, our bathroom smelled of sewer. I found out the shower drainage was source of it. So I put a wet towel over the drainage to take care of it.
Everything was clean and cool. We drove from Tulsa earlier in the day to be at a grandson’s ballgame in Melissa, Texas. Coming in from the baseball game on a very hot afternoon, it was wonderful to walk into a clean and comfortable room. The hotel was easily accessed from the Central Expressway which made it a good choice.
The breakfast is why the fair rating versus an excellent rating. There was no hot food options, a few muffins and bagels to choose from. The hotel was chose over the other hotels in the area because of the included breakfast in the advertisement
The staff was friendly. The hotel was pretty clean for an aged location. Breakfast was small, but adequate. Had some yogurt, fresh fruit and waffles. The pool was nice, but a little on the cold side. Not heated. We would stay here again.
I liked the warm welcoming, My GPS was dragging, so I called the location and spoke with a guy and he led me to the hotel. The room was clean and also the area outside. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Dallas.
Location near outlets, shops, restaurants. Loved the breakfast at the hotel bistro - they’re amazing!! Try the avocado toast!
Clean, luxurious, sitting areas everywhere, pool (saltwater I believe).
