I have stayed in this motel for several years. I noted that the recent reviews were not good, but I found my room to be fine. lt is not a fancy hotel but it was clean and comfortable and I slept well.

We stayed in Millington but spent our free time in Memphis.
We stayed in Millington but spent our free time in Memphis. Memphis was great and I would recommend the Lorraine Motel (MLK's assassination site) as a must see. We drove through the Graceland parking lot and decided Elvis was still making too much money for other people.

The area where the hotel is located is decent; however, this hotel is under construction, the air conditioning unit smell moldy. You know mold have been known to kill. The housekeeping staff needs training in how to clean. If one can't for the job, such as vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, and actually clean the bathrooms, put two people per room and let them tackle them together. Just a thought.

The town of Millington, as always, is just fine.
The town of Millington, as always, is just fine. We have been coming to Millington for the Super Chevy event for many years now. The food is good. The atmosphere is outstanding. I do hope to make it to Beale Street someday!
The location was great, but everything thing else sucked!!!! Needs to be updated like yester years. Sockets coming out the wall, tub was filthy, holes in shower wall.. curtains had visible dust, mirrors were filthy.. bad Oder.. I went to Walmart and bought disinfectant, cheap sheets, and a cheap blanket and shower shoes! I cleaned the room myself... barricaded my door got 4hrs is sleep and checked out at 7:45am..
No breakfast which sucked mainly because every other hotel is at least doing pre packaged breakfast items. I think this property is very unlikely to please their guests by all means. The night time desk clerk always seems like he is up to something when/if you come in the lobby. He does not look presentable at all.
Although the hotel did not serve sausages, eggs, and potatoes for breakfast, it offered pancakes, waffles, and pies. While both of our rooms were clean, the carpets inside the rooms was stained (presumably, from past use, but importantly, they were clean).
The room smelled clean, looked clean and new, wasn’t noisy outside. It was much nicer than every other hotel I’ve stayed in the Memphis area and wasn’t priced very well. Would recommend.
It was cheaper than another hotel that was supposedly a 4 star hotel but it was cleaner, it smelled a lot better and the staff was kind. I will easily go there again
