Jesse, the receptionist was attentive, helpful , professional and delightful! Lady and Allissa were thorough and kind in cleaning my room when I was ill. The people make this facility a ‘best place to be’!

I stayed on 3/28 $172.40 phones down across the room from me the guys were smoking pot. The fire alarm went off 5 times. I didn't feel safe so I moved the small red table in front of my door.i
A stayedon 4/12 no phones no help in case of and emergency and my bathroom wouldn't stay open with out a trash can. I deserve a credit. I can't use them again

DO NOT STAY HERE.... LIES, AND SUPPORTIVE OF LYING HOUSEKEEPERS WHO STILL. We own a business and were over 1.5 hrs away at a job site when I received a call from the front desk lady named Penny. So the previous day our phones started sending notifications that there was movement in our room,. as we see the made was in there, no that isn't the problem. you could see her down beside the suite case and our room was cleaned before we left. off camera, you could hear every cabinet, and she walked out with something in her hand she was putting it in her pocket. When she was again in the corner looking through things. when she saw the camera and said ohh shit. S0 she was all nice last, today first off it was because of the situation the night before. Yet she told my Husband it was because we had a recording device in the room since they aren't allowed. We were notified at 1003 and was told we had to get our things out by noon. so not only did we loose the job we were at but lost a place to stay, and 50% of our belonginsHeller - 10Scored 10
I spent my pre-teen and teenage years in Hendersonville, so...
I spent my pre-teen and teenage years in Hendersonville, so I was happy to go back and see my old town. It has changed quite a bit, but is still quite country and peaceful. It is much more "citified" than when I was there, but still has the Southern Charm. There is a lot more to do and a great place to relax and unwind!

They kept the breakfast area clean, fully stocked and were so attentive to the client's needs. I was impressed! Parking was so easy. The hotel is in a safe area with several restaurants and a brand new Kroger less than a mile away. The evening clerk was helpful as well by suggesting a couple of restaurants and giving us directions to a local laundromat.
