We love staying in Alcoa because it is very easy to get to everything! A quick drive in any direction will take you into larger cities with lots of shopping & dining options, as well as other attractions! Alcoa also has it's own list of dining options if you just want to stay close by your hotel. It is also home to the McGee-Tyson Airport, so if you travel by plane, it's quite pleasant to land in Alcoa, grab a bite to eat, rest a while, or pick up your rental car, without fighting the bigger city traffic.

Alcoa is a easy town to get around. restaurants with in walking distance . we will stay here again ❤️ 10 out out 10 place to stay
Convenient location, beautiful mountain views, lots of options for food, great hotels, and friendly locals! We loved the food options near our hotel, especially Starbucks across the street. We traveled with ease around Alcoa and don't have any reason not to come stay again.

Very convenient location. Literally walk to the airport!
Very convenient location. Literally walk to the airport! Beautiful pool area, but could be a bit more private. Room service was superb. They did forget a couple of items but they were quickly replaced. Parking was a hassle, as it usually is at the airport. But once you're there everything you might need is provided. Restaurant, bar, Starbucks, pool, airport, all at your fingertips. Bed and room was clean and comfortable, but could use better pillows.

Alcoa is for most only the official name of the location of Knoxville TN International Airport (TYS) Otherwise it's a satellite business location for Knoxville TN and probably Maryville TN plus a commuter area as long as housing prices there are lower than elsewhere in the wider Knoxville area.
Great location, just down the highway from the airport and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful hotel. So clean, with the most up to date furnishings and amenities. Comfortable king bed, huge television. I love the convenience center assortment of snacks and drinks. I didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the free breakfast but if it is anything like the rest of the hotel, it would be fantastic. So reasonably priced. I cannot find enough good things to say about the hotel and my stay. Will definitely stay there again!
I searched for pet friendly hotel. This hotel was shown. I never have had a
Problem when I check in until this time. The clerk told me that I didn’t book a pet friendly room and they were all taken. No other hotel that I have searched has separated the pet friendly rooms from not Pet friendly so I don’t search for that specific classification. I didn’t stay at the hotel and they told me I would meet to be refunded from Booking.com so I would like a credit to my acct.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Should have looked at reviews but this was the only available at time of booking the hotel😩 Should have stayed in car! Roaches everywhere, sheets were dirty and the noise level was horrible.. Not to mention the front desk staff were not accommodating nor empathetic. Do not book! Horrible, Disrespectful, and Disgusting!
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. I loved that I was handed a snack bag upon check-in with water popcorn and a granola bar. The bed was comfortable the room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious. They gave me a late check-out at no charge. I was extremely happy with this hotel.
The room was comfortable, the localization of the hotel, it was very close to the airport, very easy to get there, it was perfect beacuse 2 days ago I lost muy flight trying to get to the airport from Seiverville!
Breakfast and location were 'spot on.' The politeness of the staff, and their availability was superior to some hotels I have stayed at. I liked the water bottles at the front, in the ice cooler. Very nice.
Everything also we had a nightmare with our rental so needed a hotel last minute i the Hilton concierge man and reception where fantastic and took us by car to the tru by hilton again everyone wonderful
Everyone in the staff was so nice to me.. they helped me a lot, I was doing some flight training and they gladly took me to the airport every single day in the Hotel's shuttle...
Staff was friendly. Hotel was full due to a local event and it was full of attendees(including ourselves)...everyone was patient. Staff kept up with everything it appeared.
I arrived early and was given a room quickly after having 36 hours of flights, so that was appreciated. I knew it was a budget hotel and I was happy enough with facilities.
Beautiful brand new hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my trip.
close to airport clean nice good rooms. They can no longer allow you to park at hotel for long trips but you can easily walk back to hotel from long term parking.
A good price for Fri/Sat night stay within distance of Knoxville (by car) as Knoxville hotel prices were way too high! So a good alternative to stay here.
