Was a decent place to stay. The outside could use some upkeep lights hanging from the outside, ashtray was melted at the bottom. Close to restaurants and places that deliver, gas stations fast food restaurant.AAnonymous - 6.0Scored 6.0
The staff could not have been nicer.
The staff could not have been nicer. It was pet and people friendly. The room felt a little dingy to me. After I had read the glowing reviews from others, I was disappointed. It was clean, but very basic and not updated, except the bathroom maybe. I made the reservation on the spur of the moment and it may have been one of the last rooms. Also, the staff forgot to tell me that all the dishes were clean and sparkling in the dishwasher! I thought I had no dishes or silverware and had to improvise.

Washington is conveniently located near good shopping and dining. Pittsburgh and Robinson have a lot of entertainment and places to see. If you’re in the area I recommend visiting or staying here. Traffic here isn’t terrible at all either.RavenUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Staff very friendly and helpful, however they need more help, more employees... poor lady working front desk was doing 3 peoples jobs, she should definitely get a raise!! Room was perfect, clean and safe . Wish I was there longer than overnight.. in a very convenient location for shopping and eating. Stay with in 5 miles of the interstates and it's a great trip . Angelo's is a 5 star Italian restaurant since 1939 , gelato is top notch a must dine in . Lots of great shopping and plenty ty of entertainment. COMFORT INN , LOL yeah I said it. We are hotel snobs but this place surprised us . Huge hot tub and amazing room with a shower that could fit 10 people .

Wasn't please about getting a phone call from front desk stating a noise complaint when all we were doing is watching a old movie on their TV featuring Christopher Reeves. Volume up to 21 and a noise complaint, smh we were relaxing not doing anything crazy. Hospitality that night zero. Breakfast good, location great!

He remembered my name whenever I saw him and offered useful information with each encounter. Same is true of the Cafe Bistro barista. She seemed very experienced and was delightful in every way. The hotel staff, in general, was friendly and helpful, which greatly influenced our perception of the property overall.
