I complained that the office was closed when I checked out...
I complained that the office was closed when I checked out at 8:30 am and I couldn't get a receipt. What I missed was a bell that would have called someone. That was my mistake. Management telephoned me to explain and immediately sent the receipt. Please disregard my previous comment. Thank you.
