Staff were friendly, pool was warmer than most. It could have been filled up more but it wasn't an issue. The hot tub was definitely hot although i did here compliant that the jet wasn't powerful enough. Overall I enjoyed it and my 12yr autistic son 💙 did.

It was clean, staff was great, bed was comfy, amenities were good. Breakfast was good! One of the two elevators was broken on a very busy weekend, so getting up and down from the top floor took some time, but I’m sure it isn’t a permanent problem. Good stay overall, and I would definitely stay there again.

I love Tulsa.
I love Tulsa. I came for my son’s wedding so it was a busy time. I rested as much as I could and enjoyed the Doubletree Hilton downtown during the first part of the week. I tried several different restaurants and the food was great. I am from Houston and the restaurants I tried we don’t have. I will be back soon.

Tulsa is beautiful and clean. Didn't get to visit everything I wish I could have but I do want to come again. It was just way to hot outside. Only had the chance to eat at IHop. Learning the street is so great also it is alphabetical that way to learn and travel.

We planned our trip to Tulsa to specifically to see the Bob Dylan Center, which was perfect.
Staying at the Mayo (like Sylvester Stallone in Tulsa King) was great experience.
The excellent Greenwood District museum brings to life some really important history.
The huge Centre for Performing Arts theatre was a prefect setting for the Temptations musical “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg”.
Wonderful breakfasts at the Cherry Tree Kitchen just next to the Mayo.
Fine and friendly dining at Juniper. Terrific cold alcohol-free Guinness at The Chowhouse.
An intriguing art display about First Nations “Work of Sovereignty” at Hardesty Art Centre 101 East Archer.
All in all, a great place to visit. (And: try the echo the Center of the Universe!)

Staff extra friendly breakfast was good and the beds omg were perfect truck broke dow had to wait for a tow and they were very understanding not all hotels are ever in this area I recommended this hotel for sure
I would seriously come back to Tulsa JUST to stay at The Brut. Super welcoming staff, coffee bar in the lobby and an amazing rooftop restaurant! The room was so beautiful I walked in and was blown away. It had such a tranquil vibe. It was so perfect for a work trip (or if you’re staying for any other reason too!) I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel and ate all of my meals there haha. I’ve stayed at a lot of really beautiful hotels but this one is now my favorite. Oh and it SMELLS SO GOOD! Love their signature scent.
Location. The lady at the desk was wonderful. The place was clean. BIGGEST: the second night I was there, there was a huge storm that hit Tulsa with sirens going on between midnight and 1am. Power was out within a half mile of the hotel the next morning, but somehow the hotel (and my car parked outside) did not sustain any damage.
A good, spacious room in a central location though not the very closest to the best spots downtown. In fact both the streets around the hotel are really quiet at weekends, mostly office buildings. The room had good AC and a nice bathroom, although I was expecting a walk-in shower as on my previous stay some years ago.
The perfect location for downtown conference and a very quiet sleep in a well appointed historical hotel. Best vallet service I’ve seen in forever. The rooftop was windy but clean and the staff helpful in ala carte meal service due to the restaurant downstairs being temp closed for an event.
Nice, clean hotel, well lit parking area, clean facility outside and inside - sense of security at the property. Fresh coffee available in lobby is a plus for customers. Thanks! Staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any issues. I have always enjoyed staying at this property.
The staff were excellent. They were always friendly and helpful regardless of the time of day or night when we had a need or a question. By far they were the best part of our stay. Always made us feel welcome and like they appreciated us staying in the Hotel.
We have stayed here before and will stay again. It is our favorite Tulsa hotel. It is clean and quiet and the building is locked 24 hrs you need a key to get in. The parking lot is well lit and they have coffee in the lobby 24/7. It is clean, cheap and quiet.
The location was perfect. The staff was excellent--super friendly and they even let me check in an hour early. Nice room layout for an old building. K-cup coffee in room was convenient. The hotel was very quiet at night which I appreciated.
It's an older ranch style hotel but it has had extensive updates. It was a great bargain.
The pavement in the parking lot was the only negative. It needs to be repaired.
Otherwise great little place to stay 10 munster from downtown!
Location is close to the University of Tulsa where our activity was held.
Indoor pool.
Nice-sized lobby.
We had a nice-sized room.
Staff was nice & hospitable; attentive to our needs when requested.
