Can't think of anything we Iiked. Staff was incompetent and/or rude. Facilities were barely tolerable. Shower worked but was falling apart. No towels on check-in and had to prove to the manager that we had none. Room seemed clean but very tattered. Not sure how clean the sheets were. Would NEVER even consider staying here again. May have eaten the room fee and gone to try and find another place if I hadn't just driven 9+ hrs and was only staying one night.RReinaldUnited States of America - 4.0Scored 4.0
My review for Englewood is okay.
My review for Englewood is okay. I know Englewood, so already knew that there is little to do there. My husband grew up there and my son has lived and raised their son there. One of the plus things for it is the mostly quiet clean neighborhoods. we ate at Bob Evans and Frisch's. I was disappointed that the Clarion dining room was not open for supper hour. I would have liked to try hot food for dinner, as the breakfasts were barely lukewarm or cold. The free breakfast would have been quite good, if it could have been hot.

Getting around is okay if you have a car or rental, otherwise you have to use Uber or a cab. There are many places to eat, there is a mall and it is not far from the Center where ther are entertainment venues.

Cancelled my reservation after confirmation and call ahead...
Cancelled my reservation after confirmation and call ahead of time to assure no cancellation. Got to the hotel at 3am and had no place to stay from Florida to Ohio, was completely exhausted and disappointed. Hotel was booked and I made my reservation two months prior to stay. Horrible experience!
