It was FRICKN TERRIBLE!! My wife and I stayed there THREE days and NOT ONCE did House keeping come into our room to clean, restock towels etc..I had to go to the front desk for towels ALL THREE DAYS!! Someone opened up our tailgate to our truck. Reported it to the front desk, an older man. He didn't even log it in, call the police NOTHING!! There wasn't anything in there but still. We'll NEVER stay at a Microtel EVER!! The people working there speak TERRIBLE ENGLISH!!! GET OWNERS THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!! We'd NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Brierdale Shopping Center is close by & has many different stores available that can accommodate your time to shop if you have time & the number of restaurants in this plaza is astonishing with such a variety is a rare find, & we found a Peruvian Restaurant which was extremely good & reasonably priced. There was dining indoors & outside of these restaurants ; we soon discovered this was a very popular with the locals !

Great location but staff need more training in services offered. I would not recommend for someone looking for bar and restaurant services. Check room for cleanliness our room was not clean. We did get 30.00 dollars off bill but definitely price for room still too high for what we had. I stayed in Roanoke Virginia. Was very pleased. This is the reason we booked with Hyatt again. Will definitely think twice before booking with you again.

Spacious hotel, convenient to airport and rooms and beds were comfortable. Front desk was not great at customer service and you may not want to count on the early AM airport shuttle, it was more than 15 minutes late arriving! with nobody at the front desk to deal with the issue for 10 minutes of that time.

Spent one night for following day flight out of RDU, was a great deal and the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. Hallways looked a bit worn, but the room was nice. I felt it was a great value for the room with fridge, micro, toaster, etc.
