Beautiful place, but the restaurants were too expensive for what they give you.
People in the restaurants and places were not nice at all. Never smile, never helped.
I won’t come back because of these feeling of not being welcome.

Bring your credit card! The area is beautiful.
Bring your credit card! The area is beautiful. The architecture is amazing. It's a great place to bike and visit gardens like Madoo, LongHouse and Marder (actually nursery but really cool). Also, ate at Cow Fish in Hampton Bays. Excellent dinner!

Great location for relaxation, fresh air, a feeling of privacy, and a sense of homeyness, with awesome beds! Claude's Restaurant breakfast is a convenient and tasty option for a good bite if you don't want to go far.
Some ambient lighting in the bedroom and baths along with light blocking drapes would help against the sometimes harsh lighting and assist with a better night's sleep.

Small dated bathroom. Poor room cleanliness.
Small dated bathroom. Poor room cleanliness. Very hard to find. Entrance poorly marked, especially from a very busy highway at night. Room had ants. Mattress needs replaced. Very poor continental breakfast. Air conditioner needed work or upgraded. Very noisy.

Quaint town, beautiful beaches!
Quaint town, beautiful beaches! However we traveled in July and the small town gets packed with cars. Getting back to our hotel from visiting downtown there was bumper to bumper traffic and it took much longer than it should have to go a short distance. It reminded me of the traffic around Lake Tahoe on a busy weekend. Loved Coopers Beach!
The restaurant and bar staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, sweet kind and just exceeded my expectations. Everything else not so much. Front desk was snotty rude and arrogant. The beds near the pool were torn, dirty and disgusting. There was garbage everywhere. Bees bugs, and fleas in the hotel room. I probably would never come back here. And it’s a shame because the concept is really cool if it was executed properly.
I went out of season two days after a trip to and before returning to Madrid. The best hotel of all along my hole travel with the one in Philadelphia. They gave me a map of the area and they recommended what to visit. Free parking with spacious rooms with everything you need, and excellent value for money to visit the area. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a good price at a reasonable price, five stars go from me.
I have stayed at many places in Southampton. This place was great. Parking right out front. Rooms are large bright and clean. Bathroom is a good size. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Water and coffee maker. Toiletries. Lobby with fireplace and staff very friendly. Walking distance to everything in Southampton. It was a pleasure.
Hamlet Inn is centrally located. Downtown Southampton is only minutes away and the beautiful Cooper's Beach is nearby. The room was large and easily accommodated our family of 3. The are not a lot of amenities at the property but the clean, comfortable rooms were excellent and the price was good, particularly for the Hamptons.
Our room was on the back side of the hotel. far away from the restaurant and away from the Main Street.
The room was spacious and quiet. We had a coffee maker with expresso pod. That was great. We were within walking distance to the main streets of Southampton.
Well!, we felt secure, our surroundings were super clean, our hot coffee was waiting for us outside the door,, the robes were really nice we purchased two...breakfast was delicious, over all my husband and I felt confident and happy picking this Hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool and its floating swan :). The hotel is located close to a highway but is secluded at the same time with deers coming close to the pool and birds flying all around and singing cheerfully. We had a great time!
Beautiful location and hotel. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We had no complaints and plan on booking this hotel next year when we come back to the Hampton Classic.
Very cute hotel perfectly located in the village of Southampton. Staff were friendly and helpful and love the little cat in the lobby presiding over things!
