    Deplorable hotel room!!!

Deplorable hotel room!!! The rugs were dirty and the wallpaper was stained. The ceiling paint was peeling off the walls& the furniture was old and scratched! The lighting in the room was dismal & overall appearance was eery and below budget to the point. I slept with the lights on all night in case anything would jump on my bed I can see it faster that with the lights off. The room also smelled musty with a odor. Do not stay at this hotel please save your money!! When I came back from my event & complained to the front desk which is when I really noticed everything … the worker said all the rooms are the same so if that’s the case why bother to be a guest unless you like sleeping in filth with your family!! Never again!!

Nyack is an adorable town right off the highway.

Nyack is an adorable town right off the highway. The strawberry place for breakfast is a must, two Villans brewery for good beer and food, kavas Greek restaurant for delicious drinks and gyros, and so much more! The hotel bar had delicious drinks and over all amazing staff we stayed 5 days and made some good conversation with everyone. The pool and hot tub were nicely kept and extremely relaxing. Great easy parking. If you take tarrytown train which is a 15 min drive from Nyack you can easily access grand central station for Manhattan. Highly recommend this area. We also drove to the beach in jersey which was only a 2 hour drive from the hotel. Definitely worth every penny especially compared to reviews on nearby hotels.

Closeness to where our son lived.

Closeness to where our son lived. Costs were excellent and helpful to us especially with breakfast included in the price. Staff were so accommodating. The dining room staff were especially pleasing and provided exceptional service. The room was clean and looked after each morning of our three day stay. A very nice location to have stayed.

Loved the town, breakfast at The Strawberry Place was awesome! Loved the little shops and restaurants. There was a live guitarist and drummer playing outside! We walked on the Mario Cuomo Bridge Path-that was wonderful! Will come back!!

Nyack is a cute little town, and we were lucky enough to chance into a local street fair. It has a spread of boutique stores that were a present surprise. We went to a couple of restaurants. It's a bit pricey, and the whole town seemed to be short on staff, but highly recommend The Local Tap House of Nyack. It was cute, not too busy and a nice place to have a drink and a conversation that wouldn't be drowned out by music or a crowd.

Industrial nterior design and architecture are terrific. The staff is very courteous. We had a bite to eat at the bar and the tenders were friendly and informative, too. Atmosphere in the dining area leaves a bit to be desired, as does the food, but there is a great and inviting sitting area with a fireplace. Also, the hotel is across the street from an old cemetery, which is super cool and strangely serene.

The price, it was quiet for the most part even right next to a highway. Rooms were clean and it was great for a couple of nights. Didn't get a chance to try the cheesecake, but it seemed pretty popular. It's very close to where I'm visiting when in Nyack.

Staff was friendly....the building itself and design felt very nice and not as cookie-cutter as most hotels. The location was super convenient and parking was also great. The serving staff at breakfast were also great.

I absolutely loved how different this hotel felt in it’s decor in comparison to most that look basically the same. Much more an edgy vibe, which works well for me. Much more memorable.

The location gave a younger / more relaxed vibe, if it wasn't a hotel - I could easily see myself enjoying a drink or a meal at the restaurant on the property.
