Breakfast came in a brown paper bag from the front desk, containing a small cup of orange juice, two gingerbread cookies, and one muffin.
Remote on RCA tv worked sporadically, sometimes could find the channel, other times not. Need new LG or Samsung tvs.

My family came here for Legoland, but only went there once during our 4 night stay. What we found very appealing was a country fair in Otisville that was perfect for all ages. We all enjoyed watching the pie eating contest. Bear Mountain is nearby and has a trail zoo where, as you walk along a gentle trail, you see animals and regional flora. BM also has an extremely large outdoor swimming pool (there is an entry fee), surrounded by woods so it is a cooling spot on a hot day. We picked up a free local newspaper and saw that pig roasts and auctions were happening at the time we were there. All in all, this is a lowkey, non-touristy part of the Hudson Valley where people can get an authentic, friendly country experience.

It was a nice place.
It was a nice place. We were put on 4 th floor which was inconvenient & not quiet as told
Teen girls running halls all night & 2 bus loads returned from attending a wedding but lodged there created all sorts of problems for staff Due to that bkft delayed & there was very little to eat & we are early risers. Not even a 3 star rating😆

Was in town for a reunion at a nearby town.Used to live in area. Found new business area south of town too busy and hard to find things.Old parts of city somewhat run down. College area nice. They are trying to improve some areas.
Rooms albeit dated had a comfy bed and basics worked and a good shower. Could do with losing the mirror as a headboard though, very 80s and a bit porno esk!!
Location convenient for other hotels near by and restaurants near by, close to the park and ride bus stop for coming up from Port Authority NYC (although no sidewalk to walk 5 min from there to the hotel so either had wait for a taxi or walk across the grass and attempt to cross a busy road with no obvious pedestrian crossing).
Reception area was welcoming.
Nothin When checking in the two staff members had no idea what they were doing. For claiming it was a hotel that was soundproof, I heard everything the elevators the TVs next to my room. The elevators did not feel safe when using them. There was no air conditioning on the fourth floor in the hallway, the toilet was broken in the room. Breakfast was disappointing they had waffles and that was it and then you got a baggie from the front desk which had a piece of fruits a danish and a frozen sandwich.
I stay at La Quinta whenever possible, I always have an excellent experience. We just stayed overnight for a concert at Bethel Woods. Hotel was brand new, clean, beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded at check in and the room was lovely. After some unexpected issues at the concert venue we were very late returning to the hotel (4am!!), we asked for and gratefully received a late check out. Everything was perfect.
The property is very clean and well kept. Christine the manager of the hotel was fantastic with us. She was very attentive and got our room ready quickly being that we had two small toddlers who were tired. She is also recommended good places to eat and visit. I will love to come back and stay for another vacation at this property! Awesome place!!
Everything about this hotel is great. I had a great check in. I had a great room assignment. And the staff have been wonderful. Let me not forget to tell you about the great pool experience. I have been able to water aerobics that I have not been able to do at an indoor pool in over a year..
We were visiting family so we did not eat breakfast at this location. Eating at the hotel would mean I'd be too full to eat breakfast with my father, and that would be a problem ;)
It did look good though- actual hot food that's a level above typical hotel breakfast.
New, sleek, bright, clean, quiet hotel w/ hip and colorful decor, especially in the common areas (albeit the room decor was a bit minimal). Spacious rooms, friendly staff, ample breakfast buffet, and close to Legoland which was our destination.
We always enjoy or stay, love the room size and amenities and the ability to have our pets with us. The kitchenette and separate living area are one of the main reasons we love staying at this hotel.
Nothing!!!! Breakfast included… what a joke. A bag with 2 mini muffins in it and a juice box, what am I 5. Hotel was very dirty. Bolt lock on the door was broke. Glad we carry!
The hotel EXCEEDED our expectations. It was super clean and the members of the staff were amazing and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the area.
