Specifically, the manager exhibited a distinct lack of courtesy and respect during our interaction. Their demeanor was entirely inappropriate for someone in a hospitality role. Similarly, the security guard displayed an attitude of entitlement, suggesting they felt they were superior to guests. These experiences were deeply disappointing, particularly considering the importance placed on guest satisfaction within the hospitality industry. It is essential for staff, especially those in leadership positions, to understand the importance of treating guests with respect and professionalism. Due to the aforementioned issues, I would strongly advise against staying at your hotel.
