The was very courteous and helped us with several changes. After booking, I tried to cancel room, but checked on it after arriving in Norfolk. They had my reservation still and I checked in with ease and made an adjustment to my stay as my spouse only wanted to stay one night, So they canceled the 2nd night reservation with no problem. Next morning after breakfast from breakfast room, my spouse told me he wanted to stay one more night. Great price and very nice people.
Great price and very nice people. Bed was way to soft for us. Breakfast looked okay but no meat. We decided to eat somewhere else. This was just a stop for us on our way home. Nice for a one night stay. We ate at Stan's Smokin' BBQ and it was amazing!!! Enjoyed driving around Norfolk and checking out the city.

The hotel was very clean. The room also very clean with no odor. Good location. The front desk people were helpful and polite. Ample and good breakfast and coffee. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love Norfolk Nebraska, i went to kindergarten 1st, And 2nd Grade there, my father was born there and just passes away there. So did his father before him. I dont have a bad word to say about nebraska, I’ve lived in las vegas for 35 years now, and im always excited to go home there! Nice town, friendly people, great place to visit, just watch where you stay. We have stayed at the Victorian inn and Country inn, i will only recommend Victorian inn and suites. My sister stays at Hampton inn and suites and loves it but a little pricey, but worth it all the same.

We have family in the area visiting with them was great. Did some shopping, nice stores, your town is clean neat and friendly. The Norfork Inn and Suites needs help. Their staff was very friendly however the condition of the facilities is not good. I booked 4 nights, checked in, moved into the room, found dirty towels, poor lighting, dirty rug, checked out immediately.RichardUnited States of America
