Despite a mediocre facade, the unit was modern, well maintained and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and fresh.

We only saw a bar with bar food provided, no local restaurants other than food chains like McD's.
There was easy access to the highway. From our stay we had 3 options to the highway, all within 5 minutes due to lights.

It was clean (no mold stains), the bathrooms had plenty of shelf space and good lighting, it had a bathtub/shower, the beds were comfortable with a good strong edge on them, lots of pillows, good lighting in the room, service was great and staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most. They gym was sadly closed. I didn't visit the pool if there was one.

There's was nothing good about this place.
There's was nothing good about this place. I usually like Comfort Inn. They typically have reasonable rates, friendly staff, and keep their properties looking nice. I stayed at a Comfort Inn in Salina, KS the previous night and had a great experience. This one, however is a disaster. The only way every staff member I encountered could be so completely uninterested with providing the minimum service level one expects from the hospitality industry is if that behavior is tolerated or even encouraged by management. Comfort Inn, if you're listening, they are going out of their way to make you look bad.

We were here for a one day reunion at the city park.
We were here for a one day reunion at the city park. The park was a lovely facility and has much to offer families and outdoor people. The town square has historical significance in the taming of the western plains and some beautiful architecture. Wish I had had time to explore some of these features before heading back east.
This is a small owner/operator business. They do an excellent job at keeping it clean. The owner we worked with was very friendly. Our room was 2 queens and had plenty of extra room to move about the hotel room. We stayed as the price was less than every other hotel in the area and it was just as good as the other guys without a huge price tag. We needed a bed and we got that with personalized service. Support your local businesses when you can.
We are regulars. Either i will book on booking.com or walk up. Sense i had this trip planned for weeks, i booked it weeks ago. The owner called a few days before my trip and told me that there will be someone else that will be working while I'm staying. Really liked the employees. I will continue to come back to this hotel for future stays and the price is reasonable.
Good location, like that it’s pet friendly and that your door goes directly outside instead of having to take the dog sown a hall, or elevator, and through a lobby just to go potty. Staff was super friendly, and the price is less expensive than other places in town. Room was clean. If you just need a clean place to lay your head, this is the place.
It was comfortable and clean, quiet and cooled very well. Staff treated us very well, and when we decided to stay another night, we were able to get the room we had the first night. Next time I am in Harrisonville, we will stay there again.
The room I stayed in was very clean and had lots of space as well as a very comfortable bed!
The value was great and is in a convenient location would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay!
Pet friendly with plenty of room to walk the dogs in nice grass.
Comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. Fridge and microwave.
Well lit parking lot.
The Bluetooth speaker a nice touch.
Friendly staff.
Staff was friendly. Location is great with a large parking lot. Room was cleaned well by the housekeepers. Breakfast was better than many hotels with covid going on.
