We had an excellent stay at this Springhill Suites. The employees we interacted with were professional and very helpful.
I would especially like to commend Jayla (early morning desk clerk). She was very helpful and pleasant as we were trying to make an early morning flight.

Roach infested!!
Roach infested!! Two other families also complained of the roach problem. Now that we have brought them home in our luggage, we are going through very costly fumigation! And our house is new. The hotel property looks great but they definitely have nasty critters lurking! And they KNEW about it. We spent over $900 staying there and now we’re paying big money to have our home treated to rid it of roaches. HUGE ROACHES and many babies 🤮. Complete negligence on their part!!! I can show pictures of the roaches and the bill from Terminex. I had never seen a live roach til this experience. Disappointing. Very expensive lesson learned!!!Shane - 10Scored 10
So many great things to see and do.
So many great things to see and do. We were here for our sons high school track and field meet, but looking online at all of the wonderful options makes us want to come back just to visit. The restaurant options are endless, the hotel food was great, many things to do and explore!

my stay here was a lot cheaper than most of the other options at the time without sacrificing too much. The cleanliness of the hotel is what stood out to me along with the friendliness of the staff even though they were all very busy. Very close to good food and drink. Check in was at 3:00 but room was not ready.
Check in was at 3:00 but room was not ready. At 5:00 I tried to cancel the reservation and was told I would be charged a $75 cancellation fee. After asking to speak to a manager and a bit of complaining I was finally given a room at 5:30. At 1:00am kids started to run the halls. Couldn’t stop it because they hid when a door opened. I also found a hair in the breakfast food. Finally stopped at 3:30 only to start up again at 6:30. Worst experience ever! Don’t wast your money!
