I think that it is very unfair that they can cancel someone’s reservation and still take their money for a room they did not even stay in!! I would NOT recommend this hotel to my friends or family or ANYONE for that matter. I was treated poorly and very unfairly.

The Doubletree had a great staff and immediately offered to take care of any need or inconvenience. I have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again! Leominster has several good eating places nearby.

Well Leominster IS ... THE Birthplace of Johnny Appleseed!! So they do have some Very Nice Apple Orchards. As Well as many other great Attractions to check out! Leominster is Also a Family Friendly Place, ALOT of GOOD PEOPLE here!

Stayed here instead of in Worcester.
Stayed here instead of in Worcester. It was cheaper, closer to our event, pleasant driving mostly back roads instead of interstate. Didn't do anything in town, but lots of strip shopping nearby to our hotel, in case you need anything. Used to be a wonderful bead store in town, but sadly, like many independent bead shops, they are shuttered now. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for.
The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for. Not a clean place. The doorframe in the room was hollowed out and would not have taken little effort to break it in. The hotel had a terrible smell and our air conditioner did not work.AAnonymousUnited States of America

People sitting around the lobby some doing laundry. I left after checking in (strange guy working the desk didn't even ask me why I was leaving)and stayed with a relative after 10 local people told me it wasn't safe there. $100 down the drain.JaneneUnited States of America
