It was decent but needed more of a variety besides biscuit gravy one day and then the next scrambled eggs and bacon. Add a variety of breakfast foods.

Amazing mall, six flags, excellent restaurants (Giordano's was the best!), easy commute to Milwaukee to visit the Harley Davidson Museum. Walmart and Target are on main road, most parking lots accommodate large vehicles (we drove our Ram 3500 Dually and had no problems), there is a rainforest café in the mall. We did 2 escape rooms at 60 to escape in Gurnee Mills and had a blast! The cost of everything was very reasonable

Gurnee is in-between a couple of sketchy cities/towns.
Gurnee is in-between a couple of sketchy cities/towns. Namely Waukegan. I'm not racist whatsoever, but the type of white, black or brown people nake a difference. Gurnee overall isn't my favorite place. It seems to attract trashy people.

We visited the Mills mall.
We visited the Mills mall. It was large, busy and had lots of interesting stores. We went to the Rainforest Cafe which we liked but it was overpriced. We tried to get a reservation on line but they were booked until 8pm. We went anyways and told no tables until 8pm. We asked about seating in the bar and they said it was open seating so we got a table in the bar with no wait and mostly the same experience. We loved the Bass Pro shop however and made a few purchases. We had our young granddaughter with us so we didn't walk the whole mall. The town seems like a nice suburb in north Chicago.
Breakfast was typical hotel continental- perfectly fine. We arrived at 8:45 (closes at 9:00) but the way they tried to close up shop at 8:50 was a BIT pushy. Lots of loud dragging of chairs and making it obvious that it was time to go. There were about 20 people left in the restaurant at this point but my suggestion would be to chill and keep the noise down so we can enjoy a quick bite. Overall friendly service and great location. Great deal. If you want carryout pizza don't miss Lou Malnati's right down the street- amazing pizza.
the cleaning is great the staff is friendly the cleaning ladies do their best to leave you the best they can to make you happy. the manager is very kind a woman that is the most incredible thing I have been to other hotels in the American Union and they are dirty and stinky of marijuana it is obnoxious if you travel with children, the price is good, I would say and besides everything the pool is clean .It is really great, the beds, finally, are the best, I hope it continues like this and that the lady manager continues
location was perfect had friends come in from out of town, wasn't sure if we going get an hotel and we find the comfort inn which exceeded my expectations staff was really nice and friendly room was nice and clean breakfast was great loved the pool area and i will be coming back to this location soon for vacation again.
The place was nasty and smelly. The bed was nasty a saw bed bugs on nasty sheets. My family and I ended up at another hotel. The big white lady at desk was very nasty an would not refund our money. Please do not go to this place. It was fully off people just standing around smoking. Horrible, Horrible Horrible.
The staff was very helpful and kind! The room was very nice and the beds were very confortable, I loved the fact to have coffee in the lobby. Location was awesome, many restaurants around the hotel ! Six flags is a cross the street.
We really enjoyed to be there and we love everything!
The staff are very friendly.
The beds are nice and comfortable. They are also clean.
The fridge is cold and worked well.
Carpark is free and just outside of hotel.
