Broomtown cafe is a great lunch spot.
Broomtown cafe is a great lunch spot. Kauffman furniture outlet has beautiful furniture and inexpensive local foodstuffs. I pay more money when I buy similar food items around my hometown. We spent more time in Arthur Illinois. My friend wanted to see and learn about the amish. We would have liked to see a livestock or horse auction and tour the museum. We still saw a lot of buggies , men farming, , saw amish , and mennonite people up close. Visit the MCC thrift store.

Arcola is a little town near Amish settlements.
Arcola is a little town near Amish settlements. The downtown area has some cute little shops and they have some festivals during the year. It's close to Champaign and Mattoon where there is a lot of shopping. Also Tuscola Outlet mall.

We have been traveling to Arcola for a number of years and...
We have been traveling to Arcola for a number of years and enjoy the area. The Amish grocery store and the different shops in the area are worth checking out. A ride through the county side is great experience. Then about 45 minutes away is a town called Casey which is another must stop for us.SharonUnited States of America
