It wasn't as much a hotel for over night guess or travelers,...
It wasn't as much a hotel for over night guess or travelers, but more so for housing low income residents. It was not very clean and in poor condition. I offered to go to a more reputable hotel a crossed the street, but was told I'd still be responsible for the room cost.
