It was a great experience.
It was a great experience. Room was spacious and comfy very clean. We had the first floor it was a bonus to be close to the pool for the kids which was also very clean. Hotel was quiet and the staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Location was great we were here for my daughter’s soccer tournament and breakfast was amazing. Lot of great options were put out and was a great way to start our busy day. I definitely would stay here again

So we were here for a couple of days to visit my daughters college. We searched for the top 20 things to do in Rome and even surrounding areas but within 30-45 minutes this may be the most boring town you could imagine.
Unless you like questionable museums you are out of luck.
The 'main strip' has some very good restaurants, John Henry for instance has the most amazing salad bar with every possible vegetable and meats. Trust me!

In Floridian Suburbia there are not many trees that are Colossal. Early in the morning just as the fog has lifted you can smell the trees and wonder what they are saying to each other. On the otherhand, the last time I was there housekeeping attended my room daily. My most recent visit, housekeeping never touched my room. I never asked why but I know there is a double standard since the last time I was there.

I always rent a hotel room the week before Christmas to relax & wrap all of our gifts(without kiddos peeking) I Always chose a different hotel each year, but I fell in Love with La Quinta-Wyndham hotels from my stay at the one in Calhoun Ga, the cleanliness, safety, Awesome staff, NO Bugs or Critters, the beds. I Lov💜 the beds! I Love the Calhoun La Quinta because they have recently updated the property. This is good & not so good because I compare all La Quinta properties to the one in Calhoun. This Room in Rome , Ga. was clean, relaxing, safe, only needs a few updates & upgrades, other than that. It was perfect! Unfortunately, I compared these...& Love Calhoun property, by far..

we didnt get to see Rome, we were afraid to try another hotel thinking all hotels would be like LaQuinta. We had to get back on the road and drive home to be sure we could sleep in our bed knowing it was clean. HORRIBLE experience
Kelly was absolutely amazing to us! our room was clean and smelled clean. our pillows had plastic wrap before the pillow case which was a lovely touch. they made sure to put us far away from the sports team that was staying there as well. I love the security: Kelly told us where to park so we would be in view of the security cameras and in order to get into the hotel you need your room key.
I really can’t say enough good things.
The breakfast that I paid 22.00$ for was terrible, the blinds didn't work in the room and front desk would never answer when I called. I paid 260.00 for a horrible stay, I stayed at the comfort inn the day before, the staff were great great amenities. Great all around. I went back I'm here now ! Marriott in Rome. Sucks
There hotel has mold everywhere and the room stink of mold. The ac only one temp in 100% weather, not cool at all. Staff were really nice just wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone with kids or a baby . May potential become sick due to mold exposure!!
Met my need for a quick one night stop. It had a very good size TV and refrigerator in the room, which was great.
The location was perfect, being close to the Rome Tennis facility. There are also numerous food and grocery stores close by.
The room was large enough that we each had a chair. The king-size bed was very comfortable. We were glad that there was both a refrigerator and a microwave. Many hotels don’t have both. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The employees need to calm down because they are very bad with people. They got angry for renewing the room key and do not visit that hotel because they want to charge them more and give you a smoking room when you ask room non smoke
Lovely Hotel very relaxing.
The showerhead was fabulous.
Loved the tall vanity in bath.
Loved the spacious sitting areas with comfy furniture and TV's.outside the room in the lobby.
Close proximity to shops and bars.
The hotel and room were clean and spacious, and the parking was ample. Due to COVID restrictions, there was a grab and go breakfast provided, including a microwave breakfast sandwich, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit.
The breakfast and location were excellent! Bicycles were included in the room rate. The room and hotel was very clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful.
I liked that there was a lot of parking and the hotel was close to everything. The girls at the desk were nice and attentive. The beds were very comfy!
The management and staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was excellent value for money
