Check in desk 100% encased in plastic panels and could only slide credit card in small slot to them even during the day you had to use this supposed night check it. Stay clear of it. Needs gap on entry and adjoining rooms doors repaired. You can hear everything down the hallway and in rooms beside and above you. Need improvement with Business Practices Mgr was not helpful in securing refund for error with booking.com. Made many promises while I was there however it’s been over 30 days and no refund. Continental Breakfast Area needs staff that practice proper food handling and proper sanitation protocols specially after the serious COVID pandemic. I noticed poor grounds maintenance. Litter and debris surrounding area. Also a number of times noticed homeless individuals roaming around. There was even a self made sleeping area out the back of the hotel. Appeared to look like a homeless living arrangement. Front desk often unattended. Allowing for entry by anyone.

Everything needed is close together and if Newnan doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. Traffic on some days on the main roads sucked. Sorry to say, but several years ago it didn't seem so bad. But now it can be a bit clogged at times. I went for the first time in December 2021.
I went for the first time in December 2021. Now I went back in May 2022, the place has been forgotten, the room was dirty, the room was not what I expected, someone was smoking during the day and night and you can smell the smoke in the bathroom. Staff was not able to do anything. They planned to move me to another room instead of fixing a smoking issue with a guest. I will not recommend this place. It is in a good location but that's it.

Never put your credit card in pay at site because booking.com charge my card $318 and then the hotel tried to charge me again stay one more night and they charge me again and it caused me to overdraft my account this will never happen again choose a different website to do your business unless you want to sleep in your truck with no money because they try to double charge you I will never use booking.com ever

Room and bathroom was updated and clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast included hot and cold items. Location of hotel was excellent as it is close to shopping and eating. We had a flat tire upon check out but with Walmart auto just across the hotel, it was a relatively easy fix. Front desk staff on check out was equally as friendly as Brandy.
