Fitzgerald is a very small town full of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. There are no strangers here. Just be careful of the chickens, apparently. They’re as sacred to this town as the cows are in India! (No, I’m not joking). All in all, it’s truly a real live “Mayberry”!

It's a really decent little town.
It's a really decent little town. We stayed in fitzgerald for family and to go to the Perry National Georgia Fair. Overall it was a good experience. Most of the people were really nice and friendly. Alot of fast food choices to eat from but we went to the restaurants in Tifton,GA.KeishaUnited States of America

Room was very clean, we had a late check-in (1030pm) & noted there was no shower curtain. Called down and a clean one was brought immediately to our room.
