Love the beachfront views and the balcony. Hotel is new so it is very clean. Staff is always very friendly and able to help with any issues. Left my glasses on the floor of the room and housekeeping found them and held them for me.

The staff! They were amazing. The staff were plentiful, polite, and extremely friendly. They displayed true Southern hospitality.
The cleaning staff went out of their way to provide us fresh towels. The maintenance staff was very attentive to issues during a major storm. The managerial staff was excellent in communicating advisories about the weather. They even brought out board games for us while we were all stuck inside. The breakfast staff were the most friendly we have experienced. We travel 3-4 times a year, and this hotel was probably the perfect 10.
If you’re a clean fanatic, this is the place to stay. If you want a peaceful hotel in which you can walk out onto the beach with your breakfast, this is the place.

The location was absolutely PERFECT. You’re right on the beach with private access. It’s in a gated community and feels very safe. The condo has all the amenities you could need. We will be back!

I think the only thing that would have made it better would...
I think the only thing that would have made it better would be if they had all of the outside activities setup but it also happened to be the same weekend that there was a Beer Festival? We are from New Orleans so we were expecting something similar and much bigger. There was about 6 tents set up with a live band and the really neat thing was the Bagpipe players! We love Pensacola Beach! It is so beautiful and clean. We always go in the Spring so it is not crowded at all. We also love staying at the Pensacola Beach Resort. It is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful!! We could not ask for a better Spring Break!

It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach or by the pool. We rented a golf cart to go in town to shop and have lunch, which was fun. The restaurants at the resort were pretty good, but there was a limited menu. We stayed here in 2020 when it was the Margaritaville Hotel. It was just as good if not better this time around. The restaurant was convenient and delicious. The hotel staff was helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very excellent vacation spot.

The beach was was of course, watching different species in the ocean and on the beach. Watching the sand crabs come out of their little hole and watch out for danger lurking and the birds walking along the shore line was pretty amusing.

To be close to the beach for some steps and not using your car for restaurants, shopping, and close to the main Pensacola beach boardwalk is always the best for my summer trips to Pensacola!
