Ignacio is a very lovely little town which is rich in the Southern Ute Culture and other diverse cultures. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and also attending cultural activities in the past such as powwow's. I enjoy my drive thru the town to get to the casino.

A bit of a drive to Pagosa Springs and Durango but beautiful scenery. Very clean well appointed, spacious room. Unaccompanied kids (boys) in pool after 9pm. Splashing and yelling upset my hot tub relaxing. I didn't go the second night.

We didn't really see a lot of Ignacio... but travel 15...
We didn't really see a lot of Ignacio... but travel 15 minutes into Durango and you won't be sorry!! Silverton is also amazing, and if you can- plan 2 days to explore the Mesa Verde National Park!! You can even stay there. It's beautiful!VictoriaUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

the hotel was very nice the staff were helpful and pleasant. I wasn't a great fan of the casino very few actual tables no Texas hold um tables. I am a people watcher and I am pretty sure no one a thing while I was in the casino so I think the win ratio is very poor. But I wasn't really there to gamble so it was fine. I would think if one was to go to gamble it would not be a great place to be.

No blow dryer, no wash cloths, request was not met. Most upsetting 😡, a staff member of Casino demanded my Grandson leave the Hotel waiting area. I was on the Casino floor. Was not aware of this , until on the road back home. Just a disappointing experience 😔

Could maybe have a dimmer light in the room... The security from the main floor/casino to the hotel floors was a nice and welcoming touch. There are so many things to do there. Really though, just a really great room and hotel to stay at.

The room was clean and nice, and priced as if we were at a resort. The breakfast we purchased at the attached restaurant was very good and a good price.
