Grand Junction, CO is so beautiful!
Grand Junction, CO is so beautiful! The surrounding mountains are awesome! The Colorado National Monument is an easy drive and WORTH it! The locals are very friendly and so helpful! This is a destination everyone should experience at least once! Don't forget to see Palisade which is 10 miles up I-70. They have the BEST peaches (June-August) I have EVER tasted!!! Pesche Restaurant is a must!

I only stayed at the quality inn for 6 days but I was in grand junction for a month .. I love it .. McCalister’s Deli is great and so is The Dream Cafe on Main Street .. the owner is very nice .. traffic is at a minimum compared to Los Angeles .. it’s so easy to get around Jumction .. Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos. Spacious, comfy bed. Enjoyed coffee at the table under the front yard tree. Country setting - goats in pasture were adorable. Close to town with plenty of restaurants.

Downtown Grand Junction had several breweries and restaurants that were dog friendly. We also visited several wineries which were 15-20 minutes from downtown GJ. Colorado National Monument was only 15-20 minutes away as well.

The owners are very nice. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a small kitchenette. Spent our first day at Grand Mesa, CO. Walmart was close by to get supplies before heading to Utah after 2 nights here. You can stay here for 2 nights and it's still less than 1 night at the hotels downtown.
