When the maids worked, they did a great job. We didn’t get our room done every day. Just once. The male manager was fantastic! He could be hired at the 4 Seasons!!!

The complementary breakfast was spot on, food tasted great and was hot. Even the biscuits and gravy was a hit. Definitely above expectations.
Staff was very friendly and answered all questions at check in.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
We have stayed to several hotels post covid shutdown, and it was so refreshing to stay at a hotel where you can tell the staff truly care and have pride in their work.

I picked Tulare as it was four hours away, the time I wanted to drive. The town is in the middle of agricultural land, crops, manure and cattle.
There was nothing attractive about the town. There is the busy highway and fast food restaurants.
Next drive? I will not stop at Tulare. And sorry to all the people who made their homes there. I do not wish to be rude to you.

Nice town with lots of facilities, a large Walmart did not have a bakery.
Plenty of fuel stations and very nice outlet centre.
The only drawback was the train noise, although nothing could be done about it, did not know that all trains have to blow horn when passing through any crossing a safety measure so it goes on through the night, so unless your used to it wakes you up very time.
Some nice eating places Annies just a short walk away was very good and large helpings, nice staff

Don’t think what it said on reviews and wasn’t pleasant cause I went to my room at 6 and had cops knocking at the door for noise complaints which wasn’t the room I stayed in so after that really wanted to leave but already paid for the room and didn’t want to lose out on my money. Think I’ll try another nearby motel next time

Too many undesirables and police presence.
Too many undesirables and police presence. Floors had not been mopped, shower was peeling, pool was non-operational, trash cans were overflowing, room smelled of wet pet, police were present, definitely not child friendly.

Tulare is a small agricultural town located midway between Sacramento and San Diego.
It is a good place to stop for the night if you get tired traveling on HWY 99.
Dinner at Figaro's Mexican Restaurant was delicious and breakfast at Apple Annie's was delicious as well. Neither were fancy but food was good.
Reception room was clean, we were able to check in an hour earlier than usual and the staff were super cool about it. Check-in was super easy. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled and looked so clean. All the staff completely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We came here for the World AG Expo but the room was so comfortable and nice it was honestly hard to leave. Great stay, will definitely recommend to our friends and family whenever they visit Tulare.
Rooms clearly had a recent makeover. Everything seems new and staff is very organized.
Tulare itself is nothing special but its a prime location to explore Sequoia NP.
Free parking, well lit parking spot and cameras all around (makes it feel very safe).
Breakfast was plenty and very good.
For this price, the room is beyond my expectation. I was staying in the motel next to this one and this hotel is far better than the motel. It was newly rennovated, to my surprise there are microwave in the room which many other higher end hotels don't include.
The location is nice, stores and food in the area. The hotel was nice and clean, the beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and so did my girls. We went shopping in the area and went swimming. The staff were nice and friendly.
Our booking was not found on the hotel computer.
Front desk representative Marcus and the hotel manager called Booking.com and fixed the problem. They were very kind and helpful, and we thank them both very much.
Quaint hotel that is an older property, but well maintained and comfortable. Price was excellent, and room was quiet even though close to freeway. Cinder block walls kept neighboring room noise down to a minimum.
Fraudulent charges over $300 and hotel did nothing anout it even with claims submitted to BBB. Watch uour card statements. This hotel cares nothing about customer concerns
Looks like the hotel has just been renovated, and wow, what a great job they have done. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Afternoon customer service was excellent. Recommended a good fast casual food place (Bravo Farms) in Tulare outlets. Room request I made exceeded expectations.
We picked this hotel to visit Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP the next day. To give you an idea, General Sherman Tree is just short of 2 hour driving distance.
