The location of the hotel was close to our Doctor appts and THE OAKS mall where we enjoy dining snd shopping. The hotel is right by the 101 freeway for added convenience but no traffic noises were discernible!

I'm a little biased as I have family who live there. It was my first visit here though and I really enjoyed it. I found the people very friendly and even more so when they heard our English accent. I will be going back, not just because my family live there.

When handed the room key, they could have instructed as to where the room was? Front, back, upstairs, downstairs? I did ask for room located on 1st floor due to prosthetic leg disability, but got upstairs room and nothing was mentioned. I didn't have time to complain as time was at hand due to an event that I had to attend!

The only thing I liked is the location of the hotel.
The only thing I liked is the location of the hotel. The room was old, dark, 2 light bulbs that generated a yellow light instead of bright light! And an uncomfortable old matress? Starting with the office you can see it needs upgrade, Cosmetic upgrade . It looks dirty when you go in for the first time! I would not say there at all!!

Lots of grassy areas and beautiful grounds to walk your dogs on. I purposely chose this hotel again because our first stay was so good! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Location is close to everything and safe. Definitely looking forward to our next trip down!

Therefore, going anywhere is easily accessible. The rooms here have modern touches and are clean with regular cleaning done daily. Room service does a great job of cleaning the rooms.
