Lo grande que es, la localización y el aparcamiento
I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time. When I was going to arrive early I called the property and they said my room was all ready and I could come in anytime. That was great because I was going to have surgery and I had no idea when I be able to arrive. This hotel very close to where I was having surgery. There’s restaurants very close. The hotel lobby was clean. They had breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I’m never going back to Fresno!
I’m never going back to Fresno! They should level the whole place and start fresh. Especially the tower district. Actually since I’m never going back, let’s move all the homeless people there. The crappy roads won’t be a problem, for people pushing a grocery cart or riding a bike.

Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area...
Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area realize. From this location you can access the mountains and Yosemite, get a sense of California’s breadbasket, go shopping and experience many types of restaurants, worthwhile if you are visiting from a less populated areas, buy a car, and any other activities not listed here.

Lots to see and do.
Lots to see and do. The zoo was a great place, but there were a lot of animals missing. There was a Japanese garden that was simply amazing! Lots of shopping and tons of food choices! If you're into cigars there are a number of good lounges to visit. Too many one-way streets for my liking. But using a navigation app really makes it pretty easy to get around.

Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares...
Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares not for the Hotel business and let’s them operate, when they should be shuttered. There are some newer areas, like where the Air BNB I stayed, that are very nice and close to the Collage stadium. That is why if you are staying in Fresno, for any reason, Serenity is your best bet for a nice stay.
My friend and I had to book last minute since he had to catch a last minute flight out. The first hotel we went to was absolutely horrible, coming to this place felt like a 5 star hotel 😂 Anyways, the staff is adorable and super sweet, we got a patio with the room which was amazing for getting work done. There was a big TV but I didn’t use it. The pool wasn’t open but I wasn’t there for that, and breakfast was simple. Definitely would stay there again if I needed a quick stop!
I liked that the staff was friendly and were conscious of how terrible the rooms were. They were not difficult and did the best they could to make us happy. “No early check in rooms available but here is the key to the pool and some discount snacks.” I was cool with that. Room service did listen and helped us figure out and talked to the guests that were smoking inside (our neighbors). Thank you! Oh and unlike the other hotels their pool was actually open.
First of all, there was no breakfast. I liked NOTHING about that hotel. I'm 74 years old and have never stayed in a hotel and bad as this one. If I had it to do over I"d sleep in my car. For a hundred dollars a night, and three of my friends also had separate rooms, and talked about how bad the rooms were. One thing about it I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. The Motel 6 was across the street and should of stayed there.
The hotel was fantastic! I didn’t expect much, but I loved the photos, facilities list and the reviews so I knew it should be a good place. However, it turned out to be a Great place!! Convenient, clean, friendly, it had all the aspects you are looking for from a hotel when traveling. Rooms are big and tidy, beds are super comfortable, everything is made for you there! It also had a pool and a breakfast. I was super happy I found it!
The room was sooo comfortable and tidy. The staff were amazing. We arrived late for check in due to a delayed flight and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking. The shower is the best in the USA I’ve been travelling for the month throughout California all the way to New York and the shower here has been the best so far! Nothing I’ve experienced in the United States compares.
We used this hotel twice as a stop off when travelling to and from Yosemite National Park. Good location, secure gated parking. Our room on this occasion was downstairs with two beds, clean and comfortable. Coffee facilities and refrigerator in the room was great. Free breakfast was basic but great bonus and got us on the road for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This is my Favorite place to stay, when I am in Fresno. THe rooms are quite. Love rooms 107 and 201. Front desk staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sparkling pool was just what I needed to Relax . I will be back soon. Thank You to the entire staff at the Best Western Village Inn Fresno.
my husband and I had a wonderful stay. everyone was warm and welcoming and runs a smooth operation. the room was clean and spacious and comfortable. perfect location for restaurants and fast food places. we will definitely use this hotel whenever we are in Fresno from our way home
Super friendly helpful staff. Clean, fantastic rooms. Great breakfast. Overall a great place that I would stay in again. Only wish would be onsite or walkable to a restaurant. But the desk does provide you with a nice list of places to eat and how far they are from hotel.
For a quick overnight stay in Fresno, it was just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. We found something to eat literally down the road. The gas station isn't far away either. Overall it's a good place.
We stayed one night, the room is nice and tidy, the hotel is cool. There is a huge parking space, which you can use as a guest. Also there is a pool, which was nice, the staff is really helpful. I recommend
I went there to pay extra for early check in bcoz I need the room to sleep but there’s no one they were close and open only with time and that hotel is not 24/7 so just mention in your website
Easy and kind check in, very clean, free parking, enormous room, good wifi. The hotel had many extra services such as pool, mini golf, restaurant. It's just next to a mall.
