room nice but man manager rude to me ive stayed here many times this past year he did not say ty or anything just told me to pull on door to open very rude needs to learn to speak better english also wife was nice and nightime girl but man no ver diaspointted in him he knows me ive stayed here many times the deposit is not neeeded if i tell you i dont smoke or drink beer and room is left clean ty i will not be staying here again no ty

Horrible, do not stay there. Not a safe place. Parking lot was full of beer bottles and cans. Police cruised through the parking lot at 4 pm (while we were deciding where to go next). Their reservation showed 1 person, I booked for 2, 2 beds, 2 nights. They disagreed, I looked up my reservation and it confirmed 2, people, 2 beds, 2 nights. The room only had one bed. The pool was closed, had been since covid. They took no responsibility for the errors. They said it was booking.com's problem that it showed a pool.

The bed was great. King size bed was booked and had 2 queens. The worst was the sink would not let water drain due to stopper improperly installed. Not enough linen And trash bags for as many nights we were staying due to the covid 19 and trying to social distance. Need a survey of asking what the guest expects during the crisis while staying at their hotel.

Morrilton is "home base" for me. I go to the mountain cemetery for the clean up every year. We use to have a farm on Ragsdale Mountain. I love the fact it is close to the freeway but you don't hear noise. Petit Jean is up the road, my family is the other direction and Waffle House is right in the parking lot so you can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Morrilton has grown so much since 1968 and I was so glad when this hotel came so I could stay there. Yesterday's Restaurant was closed on Memorial Day, that's where I like to eat dinner. The movie theater and more restaurants are there to eat at now.
