Plenty of hot water and cool a/c. Spacious room with nice cushioned rocker to relax in. Refrigerator had a nice size freezer compartment for my ice cream. There was usb ports on the desk and by the bed. There was several gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. Walmart was just a few blocks over.

What I liked most was that your essential stores were within a very short driving distance from each other. What I liked the least was there is no variety. There's one Walmart, one McDonald's, etc.

Check in was no problem.
Check in was no problem. It was the check out, Staff on duty was polite and courteous and helpful. Two other customers were not happy. Did not get involved with management as they have just taken over the motel and there were issues not related to my check in and check out. Advised of small issues and was thanked for the information, so they can fix the issue. The roadway into the motel needs some major repair due to the storms that came through the area the last year.

This was a stop over city on my way back to Texas from Ohio where I was visiting family. I made this trip twice in the last year. During Christmas I booked 1 night at the Red Roof Inn and during the following July, booked 1 night at the Super 8. I did not feel safe either time. The room door at the Red Roof Inn was not secure. The whole atmosphere of the Super 8 felt unsafe. There were some unsavory characters hanging about and it seemed like one may have checked in, though walked to the hotel rather than driving. The proprietor or desk clerk was not very available and almost never at the desk and doors were wide open when we arrived. Desk clerk also said the room was not ready so upgraded us. That was fine other than the fact that very few rooms seemed ready, I was the only one there at that time, about supper time, and I had booked 2 weeks before. While nothing happened to us either time, the conditions seemed unsafe and if someone had wanted to cause some harm, it would have been easier than usual to do so.

I have been visiting Forrest City every year, sometimes two or three times a year. This was our first trip here since November 2019. This is an up and coming area. I would love to see another restaurant that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner beside the Ole Saw Mill and the Waffle House. It would be a great asset to this area to have something like a Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Perkins, etc.

I go there for convivence of meeting other members of my family The accommodations of the facility are great !!! It is the town that leaves much to be desired there is not a decent restaurant in the town to eat other than fast food like Sonic
The Hotels in the town exist only because it is a great place to stop for long distant travelers as it is located between Little Rock and Memphis
The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable
I do want to say thank you to Betty Reyes and the House Keeping Staff. I left my phone at the hotel when we checked out and didn't realize it until we were 3 hours out I called and Betty already had my phone she mailed it out Thursday and I received it today Saturday the 4th Betty was very kind and reassuring Betty thank you so much
Everything! The kitchen staff and fri t desk accommodate us quite well! There was a tornado an hour after my arrival! I was in town for a baby shower for my niece first child and hotel allowed us to have it there! I was very impressed with that and very appreciative! They need bonuses l! They went above and beyond to accommodate every guest after that horrific tornado
NOTHING! I was stunned at the condition of the room: dead bugs on the bathroom floor, yellow brown grime in the toilet, smelly pillows, and burn holes in the bedspread of a non-smoking room.
There was a hole in the bathtub! When I asked the clerk if he knew about it, he calmly said yes but it wouldn't leak out onto the floor.
I definately will NOT be returning.
