The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was also great, like a home cooked meal just for us. The rooms are nice and clean. Staying here was really pleasant.

Aitch Boutique Hotel was of the best hotels I have stayed, the staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to mention Mr.Fadi who was my tour guide, he took me to beautiful places in Jordan, also mentioning the housekeeping manager Mr.Samy who helped me a lot during my stay at Madaba. Breakfast is nice, the hotel is clean, Wi-Fi speed is great. The main thing for me was the location, as I don’t prefer to stay in big cities like Amman which have lot of traffic, so this hotel was a great choice for me.

Great location and the host was very kind. The rooms were a bit outdated but that is completely acceptable for the price. Cleanness could be better but I guess its okay
The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land.

Great roof top with a fantastic view over the city. Good breakfast. Very kind staff. My only remark would be about the bathroom if you book the single room - in the morning you with your towel have to cross the breakfast hall where people are eating, it's a bit weird.
The new and modern Rumman Hotel is a cozy, family-run business. It is quietly located only a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Madaba, also known as the City of Mosaics.

Other than the popular attractions, Madaba is a great place to stay at the begenning or end of one's Jordan trip as it is close to Queen Alia airport (closer than Amman).
It is also a better shopping experience (for arab/muslim clothing) than Amman, as driving inside Madaba is much easier than Amman. Prices seemed to be better as well.

Madaba is one of the most interesting places in Jordan and the good news is that it's not that touristy! The typical Middle Eastern city with its busy life, colourful streets and simple vibe, is the christian stamp of Middle East - it's a remarkable dialogue between the most important empires that ruled there - nabatheans, romans, bizantines, islamic, and it's covered with the most impressive mosaics.
It's a great city to feel the true Jordanian vibe with all its hospitality, joyfulness and historical interest - without tourist traps.

Take a little time to discover this city which is worth more than just visiting the church and Mount Nebo. We have spent a very nice evening in a restaurant we found during our visit. Unexpected and memorable!

Very friendly people and fantastic places to visit, including the mosaic museum. Great place to relax by shopping in the bazaar and eating on the street. The city looks safe and people are very friendly and supportive! Places that must be visited are Saint George Church, Saint John Church, Archeological Museum, and Mosaic Museum. Enjoy fantastic meals and restaurant services after souvenirs shopping.

I think the price is fair and the accommodation in total okay. The staff was excellent (!!) but pls don’t expect more than easiest standard. I wished to have a bed light and a little more comfortable beds.
But, Samar and his wife who spoke English well were super-friendly prepared dinner and opened the gate at 4am!
(What I found semi-pleasant was that the gate was closed after my arrival (8pm) and no chance to get out of the premises.)

Most people blow through Madaba with a stop at Mt.
Most people blow through Madaba with a stop at Mt. Nebo, and the one church. That is a shame. You only need maybe one FULL day there, but the walking tour is great. That one church everyone goes to... not even close to the best one. You are missing out!
Everything! Apartment is great, fully equipped and very clean. Its on excellent position to explore the city. Early/late check-in/check-out is not a problem. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.
But, the apartment is not the star in this case. The star is the host. Mr. Maher is one of best people I ever had privilege to meet in my life. He is exact example of Jordan hospitality.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody staying in Madaba, not just its great apartment, but because its managed by nice human being.
I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Madaba , and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick, and my room was really nice, clean and comfortable.
What stood out the most was the amazing service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. They even helped me plan my sightseeing trips.
Overall, my stay at Grand Hotel Madaba was awesome! I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba. I can't wait to go back!🏆
The hotel proprietors, Amir & Dahlia, live at their establishment and are always there to help with tourist advice and great places to eat. Try Mr Angus across the street for the best burgers & shawarma in Madaba! I saw Amir preparing a salad in the hotel kitchen one day, and he taught me how to make Jordanian Fatoush! Both Amir and his beautiful wife Dahlia will make you feel right at home in their lovely hotel in the heart of the ancient Mosaic City Madaba!
Excellent location, in the courtyard of St George's Church, very central to Madaba. Easy to visit all sites of the city. Staff was polite, helpful andvery accomodating to all our needs. Due to our very early departure, we had no chance to have our breakfast there and they prepared for us our breakfast "to go"! The hotel has all facilities that a traveler may need, and for a very low price. We would be happy to stay again and we recommend it to all travellers.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel was located in the center of Madaba nearby all shops, groceries and restaurants. The view from the roof where the kitchen is located is spectacular! The room was very clean and suitable. The price was exceptional! Perfect value for money. I would definitely visit and stay there again during my next trip to Jordan. Thank you Moab Hotel staff for giving me an amazing place to stay.
The owners have brought the concept of a high-end, European boutique hotel to Madaba. Built out of the old family home, the units are very modern, clean, and offer everything you could need for your stay including their own secure parking lot. We opted for the dinner package as well (breakfast was included) and were suitably impressed with all of the food. The well-stocked mini-bar and snacks was very welcoming!
The service for the staff was outstanding, great recommendations for local restaurant and a very helpful suggestion for you visit to the Dead Sea. The rooms were very clean and large. The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished to a high standard. It is very convenient for the airport. It is located in easy walking distant to the center of Madaba. It has good private parking
I had the most magnificent getaway at this hotel! The experience was truly out of this world. The breathtaking location and stunning views left me in awe. And let me tell you, the jacuzzi was an absolute highlight - a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. If you're seeking a luxurious escape, this place is a must-visit.
Rooms are big and clean. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient. All tourist attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was ok, not great but nothing to complain about. Also the hotel cats are just too cute. Would recommend this lovely hotel when you're in Madaba.
Good hotel in the Madaba, very closed to all Madaba’s sightseeing. The hotel is also very closed to the Ammán airport. Staff was very nice, we arrived around 11pm and it was not problem to accommodate around midnight, we appreciated it very much. The staff also responded very quickly
Excellent choice for visiting Madaba and surroundings. Only 20 minutes from the airport.
The owners are very friendly and provide a perfect service.
Spacious and very clean rooms. Good breakfast and lunch box service.
Do not hesitate to stay in this hotel on your visit to Jordan.
The hotel is close to the main historical locations in Madaba. Nicely looking, clean, and pleasant atmosphere to stay in.
The lady owner and her son are very kind and friendly.
Great breakfast with homemade specials.
Thank you for the hospitality.
Very good airy hotel with clean and quite modern rooms (could sleep 4 if you wanted) with wifi.
Gave you a map of Madaba with highlights on arrival. Not far from the central attractions.
A private car park just around the back.
really friendly owner
we’ll located, everything by foot reachable
comfortable bed and big apartment :)

The friendly hosting by Edward was genial and relaxing, giving the hotel a good vibe. The breakfast was delicious with a good range of options. The hotel team are happy to advise about travelling in Madaba.
It's the oldest hostel in Madaba, but the owner takes care of it. Plenty of blankets for a cold evening. The hot water was almost instantaneous and very hot. Owner is very hospitable and kind.
Very nice hotel and perfect location, just 100 m to centar. Centar of Madaba is very nice with a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff in hotel was very nice and friendly.
