We took the ride to a family member. This review is purely subjective and based on anecdotes. The place is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly, there were situations when the help of staff with knowledge of the Bulgarian/Russian language was needed and all issues were resolved. There are no critical points, a clean pool, delicious food, a spa, excellent massage, and the opportunity to purchase the cosmetics you like. After the stories, my wife and I decided that on one of our vacations we would go there to evaluate the quality of the service ourselves. Thank you very much that everything went great and our family member was very impressed
The average price per night for a 3-star hotel in Banya this weekend is $111 or, for a 4-star hotel, $198. Looking for something even fancier? 5-star hotels in Banya for this weekend cost around $455 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).

We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job).
We’ve booked also for February.

Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.
A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya.
Though springs were nice.
Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

Village is good, with excellent quality of mineral water.
Village is good, with excellent quality of mineral water. But the infrastructure is old and need strong renewing.
Except mineral bath, there isn't have what to do. We eat in Razlog and for fresh air we were in Bansko.
You can not find anything to not like since they have thought of everything: best mineral water pools, temperature above 36 degrees, big inside an outside, connected in between, medical treetments if needed; Great SPA facilities, saunas, igloo, hammam, Salt room.....excellent organic food provided from their own farm. Cozy evenings with wine by the lovely fireplace. The hotel has everything you need for total relaxation.
Everything was perfect. The spa center is quiet and spacious, the pools are hot and clean. The kids' pool is perfect too. The view from the outside pool is magnificent. Breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious, there are a lot of things to choose from. The room was spacious, clean and light. The staff cleans the room every day and changed household linen and towels (if you wish). I strongly recommend the hotel.
We loved the pools, kids salt room and the spa area. The hotel is very cozy in general and brilliant for stay with kids (ideally over 3 years old, given the amenities). Decent food and good organization and measures given the pandemic. I liked that they were very strict with the certificates, definitely felt safer thanks to that.
Great views and good night sleep.
There were a lot of parking spots around the hotel; we were there around 9pm and they let us pick our dinner before they picked the buffet up. The food itself was the best buffet food I have ever tasted, really delicious.
The SPA was clean and spacious, the rooms were a bit bigger than expected.
The hotel was amazing, the room was made available prior to the posted check in time and was so spacious and clean. The pool was 37 degrees and large both inside and out. The views spectacular. It was such a relaxing experience, I would do it again and recommend it to others.
Excellent food with lots of choices and huge selection for every taste. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and polite. All SPA facilities are clean and safe. The view from the hotel is magnificent. Clean mountain air and song of the birds early morning.
We are extremely happy with our stay..
The room was very clean , the staff were excellent and the food was delicious.
It is a very nice little hotel.
Very cozy atmosphere .
We will definitely be back again in a few months.
The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces.
I find Hot springs a wonderful place and it is not my first stay there. Beautiful nature surrounds the hotel. Big swimming pool. Tasty food on breakfast and dinner.
The hotel has great design, thought out facilities and spa center with innovative design, stellar staff and customer service, and an amazing breakfast.
