The staff are absolutely amazing. It is like staying with good friends. They are obviously very happy working there and take pride in this beautiful hotel. They always take time for a chat. The hotel itself is very lovely. An amazing infinity pool with jacuzzi, everything spotlessly clean. There is also an open fire to sit comfortably around when the evenings get a bit chilly. The food was excellent. Nothing more you could need for the breakfast with friendly Sarah making sure you had everything you needed and even supplying extra cushions for me. Lunch also great and the evening meals were very very good, especially the barbecues of different cuts of meat and lovely fresh fish. Cannot fault it!
Club Maspalomas Suites are an Adults Only property located in the quiet Campo International Maspalomas area of Gran Canaria.

The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and responsive. We liked the saunas, the massage, the pools (heated, but maybe not up to the advertised degrees). Spacious room. A nice gesture from the hotel was the bottle of cava they brought me on my birthday. Most of the evening shows were nice. The paella and sangria demonstration was cool.
Located by the lighthouse that gives it its name, the hotel overlooks the sea and is just a few strides from the southern end of Maspalomas beach.

The Unique side was very good, warmed pool. Location very good.
BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

Absolutely beautiful dunes, water, mountain, views everywhere. Food at local restaurants great and reasonable prices. Getting around by bus to other towns is easy. The clientele was not exacatly what we expected, that is all I shall say.

Nice touristic town, with many options regarding hospitality, restaurants etc. the dunes was the highlight of the area, followed by the beach. The area is clean, full of palm trees, spacious roads, ideal for walks and runs. The sea is often windy/wavy and bit chilly so it might not be ideal for young kinds.

Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming.
Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming. Varied landscape of the shores while if you turn around you can be amazed by the great mountains. There is a special natural reserve at the south of Maspalomas, the Dunes, where you can feel if you would be in the driest desert really. At the Dunes although naked people appeared all the time coming out of the bushes, which makes that area not really safe for kids.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly.
The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly. The Unique Club experience was worth it. The breakfast was excellent. The half-board evening buffet was superb and not crowded in February. The evening entertainment was generally of a high standard.
The only negative aspects are included to provide a fair feedback.
The communication with the resort via Booking.com was difficult and uncertain so I had to telephone hotel twice to confirm requests had been arranged (eg taxi transfer). This may have been Booking.com process at fault rather than hotel.
The À la carte experience in La Toscana was rushed and overly efficient as pre dinner cocktails arrived with mains. Not worth the expense over the included half-board buffet.
There was no obvious information about any of the facilities or excursions made available to me throughout my stay. There was no mention of the restaurant options and cuisine available for each - I had to go to each to investigate. The casino was never mentioned and not sign-posted.
I realised there was an App I could have downloaded as I was leaving.
But I would definitely go back to the hotel as It was greta in every other way.

Location is key when deciding on a hotel or apartment so you can easily access shops and services especially if you don't have an all inclusive holiday. Also, if you don't have a free shuttle service, you can take the bus but the timetable seems erratic. A taxi 1 way about 45-50 euros.
This hotel might be just an average 3 star but I'm impressed about the quality of the daily room cleaning, all the shower gels, towels etc replaced it's better than what I seen in many 4-5 star hotels. The breakfast is quite ok, staff is helpful and friendly. Bus service provided to and from the 2 major beaches in the area ... for those it may concern. I will not look any further for accommodation than this when I visiting Maspalomas next time than this.
Everything was great, the hotel obviously is in good hands! The stuff is super friendly. They also have a big pool (actually even 2), that is very pretty. The rooms look great and comfy to be in. Also you can play tennis and minigolf, and it is not so “party” as the nearby hotel. They also provide the free bus to the beach and back. This hotel was a part of our big journey, and we were not disappointed.)
Me and my partner had an amazing and fabulous stay at the hotel..staff are so professional and very friendly. Dorian and Antonio are very keen and exceptional when it comes to customer sevice satisfaction.
Superb and sophisticated place to stay in Gran Canaria , very private, discreet and beautiful people.
Will definitely comeback soon . Five star 🌟 experience !!
The hotel had a lot of amenities, the staff was really nice and helpful, the room was very spacious. There was breakfast included with a large variety of food, coffee and coffee machine in the room :)
They have also the possibility of late checkout which, 4 me, was great.
A nice hotel, well situated with great views of the beach from the roof terrace. Nice pools and a decent size room. The all inclusive buffet was great and the variety of menu choices was good too. The Spa was lovely and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
We liked the apartment very much, it has everything you need and it is on a great position, close to Faro Maspalomas and the beach, it's very quiet and peacfull. We would reccomend Apartamentos Oasis Maspalomas to everyone and we hope we will come back soon.
The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location is probably the best for Maspalomas.
The pool is very nice and the staff that are there are great, there just isn’t enough of them to operate the hotel to a 5 star level. They are great though.
We were in two, super comfortable apartment, 20 mins walking to the maspalomas Beach. I strongly suggest to rent a car to visit gran canaria instead of staying in Maspalomas. For this, a Parking lot in the underground garage for free is available.
Not a lot of people, quite small hotel with plenty of very attentive staff. The room is spacious, cozy with everything you need. Balcony view is great. Breakfast with lots of choices, gluten free and non dairy, vegetarian. Live music in evening.
Beautiful little houses with a modern interior, huge pool, in a quiet, not too crowded area near the best beaches of Gran Canaria! Great restaurant and evening programs, free parking, overall great value for money, will be sure to return!
Prime location for a quiet beach and area of Maspalomas, close to bus stop (5min) and walking distance to the center with all night life (30min). Sea view amazing, supermarket in the same complex and kitchen fully equipped.
Breakfast was excellent, People in reception were very helpful and supported, help to arrange all requests we had (e.g. car rental). Staff very friendly. I can definitely recommend this hotel for the stay in Gran Canaria!
Very clean hotel with large airy apartments that are cleaned daily.
Food very good and varied for all tastes and nationalities.
Convenient poolside bar for food and drinks which was great if you are all inclusive.
Perfect location on Gran Canarias with direct access to Maspalomas dunes. Excellent service with very good breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacy and entire hotel is very well maintained. Highly recommendable.
The hotel looks very new and has a very relaxing pool, nice location close to the taxi parking and Maspalomas centre/beach. Bed very comfortable, breakfast quite good. The room was ok, nice balcony view.
Amazing little complex of 4 villas ,every amenity was catered for ,Angela is so hardworking and helpful 5star hotel treatment with the benefits of self catering
The hotel is super clean, super confortable.
The pools are great.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing.
The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful.
