Everything!! The room was spectacular. Beautifully decorated and appointed. The entire facility was charming. We had a wonderful meal when we arrived. The regional food was fresh, tasty, and unique. The vino de la casa was a nice medium red. Service was tremendous and we must single out Margarita. She took care of of us at munch and for breakfast the next morning. That breakfast by the way had numerous hot and cold options. It was a superb experience.

Everything was what we expected. The relatively cheap snacks next to the reception were a nice surprise. Nice staff and room.

Very pleasant, largely pedestrianized, centre which is easy to get around on foot. Good shopping. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Some excellent museums. At least a couple of first-class hotels. No great sights, but a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We stopped here for two nights on our way to Madrid. Pleasant city but probably wished we´d done just the one night. Plenty to see, but they were doing lots of pavement road-works when we stayed, so maybe better next time.

This was just a stopover trip before going further south to Almeria region. Went to the local shops which were only a short journey away. We found all we need at the shops, food, supermarket, other shops.

great for stopover room and en-suite were a good size and very clean staff were for helpful and friendly and the free coffee and cold drinks machine are a great idea also a short walk to shops and restaurants
We drove to the hotel from Santander so the friendly welcome was great. We were looking forward to a meal and a drink in the bar and they didn't disappoint, the food was good and the service friendly. The rooms are spacious and practical and the bed very comfortable. Lovely modern bathroom with a great shower and a decent hairdryer.
At my arrival on last night and at my departure this morning I was attended by a very kind Miss. That's why I rate staff very well. The location of the hotel is very central. The bed, very comfortable. The room was simple, although nothing was missing. In accordance with its price and the stars of the hotel.
It is my next stay in this hotel. As usually staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is called "continental breakfast" but it is not like in Germany, Poland etc. There is not scrambled eggs or sausages.
Parking is OK there is not a problem to park car. It is really close to three supermarkets.
It's a fairly basic hotel, but clean and neat. Beds were good, and everything worked as it should. Excellent location in Albacete, 5 mins walk to the main square. Small cafe attached for breakfast, coffee's, etc. Free parking in the surrounding streets (Blue zone).
This is a very good hotel. The location is perfect - in between the very city centre and the train station, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place.
We liked the location. Hotel staff were gracious and kind to speak English when our Spanish was maxed. Delicious pastry restaurant just behind the hotel had inexpensive breakfast. Staff gave good orientation to city and recommendations.
- brand new
- it was spacious for a group of 5
- complete amenities
- comfortable beds and beddings
- quiet location
- washer and drying rack, we badly needed it after a week of traveling
- grocery store is nearby about 2 minutes walking
The hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast, the room was big and well equipped. It is also close to the city center and it has a beautiful park across the street. It also has parking which was great for us.
Location was good, Hotel was easy to find. room was a good size. Bathroom was large and well equipped, the shower was outstanding. It was well placed for bars and restaurants.
The hotel is located in the city center. There is a good and safe parking (10 euros). There was an air conditioning in the room. There was breakfast, but with poor choice.
Hotel staff were kind and considerate, and graciously accommodated my request to play the grand piano in the restaurant. Lots of interesting history there, too.
