This hotel is beside the River Tay, a minute from Perth Museum and Horsecross Concert Hall. Rooms are en suite and many have views of the river and the hotel's award-winning gardens.

The room was lovely and clean, as was the hotel on the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there were options for myself as a vegetarian, although it was essentially just cereal/granola and toast but I was content with that. The location was perfect for what I needed. Parking was available.

Decent location to where we wanted to be that weekend
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, in a 15th-century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, lobby area and Lounge Bar.

Perth used to be the capital of Scotland and has obviously been a very wealthy city. I would have loved to have seen it then.
Unfortunately it is now much like many cities and very run down.
Most things in Scotland are beautiful and I was really looking forward to Perth but found that the surrounding areas were much better than the City centre. So sorry as I would have loved to have said it was great.
Glasgow and Edinburgh are obviously big vibrant cities and I expected Perth to just have a little of this.

We were too early in the year for a number of attractions unfortunately. Come after the end of March. However, the Black Watch Museum was excellent especially if in to military history. You can have a guided tour which is very very informative, excellent in fact.
The restaurant, Kisas, was very good.

A small/compact City.
A small/compact City. Historic and the New Museum is fantastic. There are many independent shops as well as the shopping centre. Plenty of good eateries and coffee shops.
well placed for walking or cycling the river has footpaths along it and is well maintained. A lively theatre/live event scene too.
Brilliant breakfast, brilliant hosts. Downstairs large single room for Dad who has mobility issues was a great bonus since he didn't need to climb any stairs. Liked mini fridge in Dad's room and bathrooms were lovely and clean and functional with the toiletries being a nice touch. Welcome pack advertising local attractions and free wifi and private parking were a bonus. Def want to stay there every time Dad and I travel between Scotland and England if 2 single rooms are available at the time.
We received a warm and friendly welcome from Anne and David. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated and fitted out. Loved having a fridge in the room with fresh milk offered, armchairs to relax in, and the comfiest bed of our tour of Scotland. Breakfast was also the best of the trip, especially loved the fresh fruit. Very much appreciated the advance restaurant recommendation, everything worked out perfectly. Hope we have a chance to stay again.
Parking on site, 10 minute walk into center of Perth. Rooms were a high standard, coffee tray had fresh milk in a flask and a bar of chocolate, decent shower and toiletries provided. Good Wifi, Breakfast fruit, yogurt, cereals, pain au chocolat and homemade bread, tea and coffee with your choice of hot food which you order the night before
This place was so super clean full of character with all modern facilities hard to get in Scotland ! Traveled the world several times and this is a fantastic boutique hotel well worth the money, would definitely recommend and am really fussy so that’s not something I would do lightly. Great place to stay.
What an amazing apartment! It’s stunningly beautiful, clean, lots of space, great beds, cozy and a great place to do a roadtrip through Scotland. The communication with the staff is outstanding and fast. 10/10 and I would definitely recommend it (already done that).
Very modern shower room ensuite. Breakfast was good. Staff attentive. My wife left her coat behind and the hotel let us know before we had driven too far away, so we were able to turn around and retrieve it. Thank you.
Easy walk into Perth City Centre.
The location is brilliant, five minutes walk from the train station, and less than ten from the centre of town. The room was large and very quiet. Perth is a great centre for moving around central Scotland and getting into the Highlands.
The hotel was amazing, excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and clean. Then there was breakfast! Best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. Lots of choice and I've always liked self-service.
It is cool to stay in the oldest hotel in Scotland. The room is big, clean, and comfortable on the top floor. The room was actually divided into two bedrooms with a TV in each. They also provide a kettle to make hot tea or coffee.
It felt like a home from home. Jean and Andie were wonderful hosts. We were well looked after :0). The farm is situated very close to Perth with beautiful views across the River Ray and out towards the Lomond hills.
The location was ok. Close to centre and station. It was a cheap option for a one night stay in Perth. I think it was a really nice hotel back in the day. The gentleman at reception was welcoming.
Breakfast was cereal and fresh fruit..Flat is about 20minutes walk from Perth city centre and good bus routes near by..Perth it's self works as a good base for touring central Scotland..
