Location was good, and there was free parking right below the hotel. Good food options available nearby, and the beach was an 8 min drive away, just a straight road down from the hotel. Customer service was great and friendly too! Sheets are clean, we got fresh towels everyday, and no problem with hot water.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is nestled in the middle of the Desaru Coast resorts with relatively easy access to the beach, with many food options to select from (other resorts included!). There's also a shuttle bus to/from the nearby Ferry Terminal (15min away). The hotel amenities were great, and our room had a nice (semi-enclosed) balcony with a forest view. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would especially recommend for families with children!

Had the pleasure of staying at Elicia's accommodation and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. 1) The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. 2) It had all the amenities needed for a 3D2N stay, and everything was fairly-maintained and functional. 3) The beds & mattress are clean & comfortable 4) The attention to detail and care taken to ensure a comfortable stay was evident and greatly appreciated 5) The accommodation was situated in a prime location, with easy access to F&B (Grab/Food panda delivery too) and the main shopping mall All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Lotus Desaru resort is very child and family friendly. Lots of fun activities to do there, and they have their own private beach, which is beautiful. Food is pretty decent as well. Nearby attractions in Desaru are also easily accessible from here.
