The breakfast is ok. The location is convenient, just on the main road to Serra da Estrela. The view from the room is wonderful.

Everything actually
Stuff was exceptional!
I was very scared of driving and eventually gave up. The hotel stuff helped me out to get in and out of hotel. Literally took over the wheel! Thank you so much!
Located in Seia city center, Casa do Vidoeiro dates back to the 19th century and offers modern, self-catering studios and apartments. It sits 15 mi from the highest point of Serra da Estrela Mountain....

We really enjoyed our stay there. It's a great place to spend a few days away from the buzz of the big city. Élio is a wonderful host, who makes us feel like we're home. His sister, Gina is a magnificent cook. And Igor, the farm's dog is so sweet! Don't be fooled by his size, he's a gentle giant.
Offering garden views, Villa Alzira in Seia features accommodations, an open-air bath, free bikes, and a garden.

This bed and breakfast is very special. Several cozy, spacious rooms are set next to a beautiful river in the peaceful village of Sandomil. This charming bed and breakfast is where we always stay in this area because you are instantly relaxed and in vacation mode the moment you step foot on the property. This hotel is run by a lovely couple that are very hands on to your needs, very friendly and helpful to give you recommendations on restaurants, hikes and things to see in the area. They also make an amazing breakfast each morning and will make an amazing gourmet dinner upon request. The rooms are decorated with such personal touches and the views and tranquility of grapes, mountains and river views, you could sit and relax on a swing or lounge chair outside the room for hours. Sunsets with a glass of wine are amazing there also. I would highly recommend this!!
Providing mountain views, Casa do Fundo - Sustainable & Ecotourism in Seia provides accommodations, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar.

Very nice, peaceful location with a garden, good breakfast with local cheese and honey, helpful and friendly staff.
We forgot some things in the room and don Pedro was so kind to send it all back to us. And we got a bottle of local wine as goodbye gift. It was very calm and pleasant stay.

The only issue was I thought we were getting one space and we got another. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean. The hosts were beyond gracious...welcoming, wonderful. We will definitely go back. It was an extraordinary and wonderful trip.

Nice little town.
Nice little town.
I is a little uncharacteristic nowadays, with some new uncontrolled construction
Still, you're able to find some nice spots for a couple of photos and good places to visit and also eat

Only went into Seia once during our stay but wished we'd spent more time there. Difficult time to review things because of all the restrictions at the moment. Recommend Taberna to eat, great food and lovely service.

Perfect getaway from busy life.
Perfect getaway from busy life. At the foothills of serra de estrela, the tiny villages, especially Sandomil, was a great break. The hosts at Sandomil RiverBeach Nest were fantastic. The house by the river is relaxing and zen. I would definitely come back.

Quiet, calm, pleasant and spacious city, many shops and offices, you can solve any issue, from shoe repair to laptop repair. There are 3 interesting and unique museums (Bread, hydropower and toys), several good roads to the mountains, clear water in the tap, a lot of forests and springs. Good Italian, Neapolitan pizzeria in the city center with an outgoing owner and quality pizza.
Everything was great. Staying at Casa da Ribeira was one of the highlights of our trip in Portugal.
Very helpful and caring staff, they took great care of us and made sure we were well accommodated during all our stay. All the rooms and facilities are cosy and beautifully decorated. We are looking forward to come back during a summer time as well and enjoy the swimming pool and outdoor areas with our children.
Many thanks to everyone at Casa da Ribeira for taking so good care of us during our stay.
The rooms are brand new, location is near "fluvial beach", surrounded by nature.
The hotel restaurant serves quality traditional Portuguese food in a very nice setting and fair prices.
The hosts, Andre and Catia, are fantastic people who truly take care of their guests. They helped us plan our tour, recommending excellent restaurants and places to visit in the region.
An amazing location to explore Serra da Estrela or to just relax on one of the pools or terraces. The hotel is impeccable, the staff at the reception and in the service are incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. The cook does an amazing job and the breakfast is fantastic. A fantastic experience, thanks a lot!!
Located outside Seia, but nearby on a quiet location. Excellent space, super spacious and comfortable. Very well decorated and equipped, makes for a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the region and want a quiet, cozy location to stay that is more than your typical hotel room.
The breakfast was great! everything at the hotel was cean and tidy, and the staff we so friendly. Will definitely return next time, hopfully when its not raining so much so we can engoy the pool. Secure Car Parking, and only a 5 min walk into Seia (up a fairly steep hill).
Nice cosy place, with friendly atmosphere.
Excellent location near Serra da Estrela, although the village itself does not offer much more than Casas do Cruzeiro.
The restaurant is also a very good option. You don’t need to go out, and the food and service are quite good.
Lovely friendly small hotel. Comfortable bed. Well located for walking into old town for restaurants.
Good base for exploring Serra da Estrella national park. Has a lovely swimming pool (though not used as visited in winter). Great breakfast. Thanks!
The breakfast was wonderful and very good!:) Employees of the hotel were excellent - very helpful! Location was good. Parking was OK - but a little steep driveway to get into and out of parking lot. But plenty of parking available.
Very strong location inside the old town of Seia, space highly designed to be at the same time old and modern. The building keeps clean bathrooms and confy beds, a common kitchen to be used and a living room with wi-fi.
The location of the hotel is the best. The evening meal was lovely & the wine was amazing.
The staff & manager went out of their way to help us.
We would love to stay here again.
Thank you so much for all your help.
