I have spent like an hour to search for the right property, and after went to the location, they said the booking.com as given very low price for them, and they have to give me another room but not same property where are already booked. one guy came, and he picked me and went to another location And again he asked me for ₹500 extra which I was agreed to pay and paid to the room from the different location, but they were not providing any of the service like what it supposed to be provided as the regular management service. And sent it was too late. I have decided just to take the sleep and leave has it’s not worth to continue find another place to stay.

This property has just been taken over by ITC. So it will take some more time to achieve that standard. Overall the stay was comfortable. Certain issues but I think once it is 100%taken up by ITC, those will be all gone.
