Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.
The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.
Decent although cold breakfast.
The adjacent restaurant was excellent.

Easy to find and near a very good restaurant. Free parking. Ok value for what we needed in that it had a comfy bed, wifi, parking etc. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Suffisant pour un sejour d'une soirée et une nuit.

Arras has a unique charm of its own not only as being the oldest documentary attested city of France but also as a special mixture of historical sites and the modernity of the urban ambiance. Pages of history come to life when you do not expect. And there's also the friendly people there. The atmosphere of the two Places, le Beffroi in the historical center of the city are marvellous. If you fancy a thrill just go on a guided tour ...under the city to see the tunnels where soldiers organised their life an fights in the WWI. And there's much more. If you don't rush.

We stayed near two large town squares with loads of bars / cafes / restaurants both surrounded by wonderful architecture. We felt safe and walked back to our accommodation without any fears for our safety. It was May day and we were not sure if many places would be open but it was packed. They were tidying up a market when we arrived so we missed that but would definitely come back again, maybe for a few more days. Not sure about public transport and outside of the area we stayed in, but very pleased with our random choice.

We love Arras.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

The town museum.I am born there,so I know!
Many good restaurants, but we eat by the Christmas market.

Location, near to centre. Also, if travelling by train the hotel is very near the station. Lobby reception pleasant and efficient welcoming staff. Comfortable and clean room and adequate breakfast facility. Underground car parking available at €12 per night (Local Authority owned) with lift direct to lobby. Local area full of locations applicable to people with interest in war history.
Everything. Very well located for the central square and shops, very clean throughout with plenty of room for a family. Well equipped and the beds are super comfy. Our host helped with parking outside the property which was a nice touch. Only one night unfortunately so didn't have a chance to properly explore the area but well located being an hour away from Calais. Recommend.
Everything was wonderful. The room was perfect, a lovely size. Breakfast was the usual continental with plenty of variety. Location was perfect within walking distance from The Arras Memorial and the Tunnels at Carrieres Wellington an emotional experience and well worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the squares
Very good accommodation on the outskirts of Arras but within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast. There is also a very good Patisserie next to the hotel for fresh pastries, baguettes and croissants.
Central Arras is lovely and for us just close enough to the channel to use as a stopover either way. The hotel is far enough away form the centre to avoid what can be a noisy and boisterous town centre, but has good secure parking. Reasonable value, convenient and OK for a night's stay.
The hotel is located across the square from the train station but my room, which was on the street, was quite. The mattress was good and the room clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this price range. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Great friendly welcome by reception staff. Room clean, nice & quiet at the rear of the hotel. Perfectly placed in centre of Arras, literally around corner from Grand Place & Place des Heros. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful city & a great budget hotel
I have stayed here several times for a reason. Very good hotel in an excellent location for Petite and Grand Square in centre of Arras. Secure underground parking. Very good staff and great bar area, with very good breakfast also. Highly recommended.
We fell in love with Arras and with this hotel back in May...the hotel is very well placed on the square...the staff are lovely and very helpful...the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent! We shall be returning next May...
Great location right near the center of town with that rarest of treasures in an older city - a parking spot! Big living room and comfortable bed. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to the proximity to other tourist sites in Arras.
The apartment is a 1 minute walk from the main historic squares of Arras, with restaurants, supermarkets and amazing patisseries. I used Arras as a base to see the WW1 battlefields of Ypres to Amiens. Very central.
This excellent small chic hotel is close to the very centre of Arras, very comfortable bed, good shower and adequate breakfast. The car parking is free which was excellent.
This hotel is our preferred option when passing through Arras as we have done over many years. It's in a central location and is exactly what we want from a stopover.
Bed, bed linen, location, parking, security, well-equipped kitchen, nice host. Good stopover for travelling further into France. Arras is worth a longer stay.
Very good location. On a quiet street, close to the grand square and not to far from the station. It was like having your own apartment rather than a hotel.
