Everything was excellent! We had a last minute cancelation from a part of our group, and Adriana went above and beyond to accommodate it. We stayed in 3 great hotels in our trip, and this one was the family favorite :-)

The house was exceptionally clean. Giada also had an extensive collection of books available for reading, in both English and Italian. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we required for our trip. We opted to take the tram to the city center, and the station was conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. The train ride itself took approximately 20 minutes to reach the city center.

the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast
Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)
Lawrence house is a delight, it's the annex of a rural italian villa. It is in the hills overlooking Scandicci where you can get the tram to Florence which is frequent and cheap and runs from early to late. To come back to this tranquil place and sit on the terrace or relax in the enormous kitchen was delightful. My wife found the hammock delightful. You are not really aware that you have neighbours as you sit listening to the stillness looking out at the beautiful views. Looking forward to going back at some point in the future.
The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious (suitable for 3 persons) with good beds, a sufficiently large bathroom and closet space. There was a swimming pool (which we did not use due to our short stay, but for longer stays it can be good to have it available. There was a tram station nearby (around 4km away) with free parking from where one could travel into the centre of Florence.
Very rustic and authentic Villa.
Enjoy horses just in front of the hotel, but Host didn't help to organise horse trip.
Kitchen in the room was fully renovated.
Close to town where you can leave a car at De Andre and take a Tram to Florence city center.
Very clean linen and comfortable bed.
Extra bed for the kid.
Free parking.
What a great apartment! Clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Ideal if you travel by car and want to visit Florence by public transport (tram). Above all, Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely like to go here again.
- Location is super, very easy to travel to the center of Florence.
- Clean and pretty house. It's also surprisingly bigger than what we expected.
- Very friendly owner, he lives next door, so it's easy to contact him.
- We got some complimentary food and drink in the fridge.
- Very comfortable bed!
This beautiful home is located just a couple minutes from the train station, making it the perfect spot to stay while visiting Florence. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind; the facilities are clean and everything you could need/want for a comfortable stay is provided.
Filippo’s place was a great value for money. The location is close to Firenze if you are fine with walking and then taking a fast tram. It’s also close to Flixbus stop Villa Constanza. The host was very kind and polite and eager to help. Thank you Pippo! :)
That was the best rental apartment I have ever been to. Very clean, cozy, modern, and fresh. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The tram station is a couple of minutes away, and it is easy to get to the center of Florence.
Spacious and full of amenities. Air conditioning in every room. It even had a computer to use. A cafe was right next door. Also close to the tram station. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Florence and it runs every 3 minutes.
The approach of the host is magnificent. He left us with full fridge, something I have never seem before. The. ocation is great for accessing both Florence by tram or Tuscany by highway. Even stores are close.
The property is well equipped and it’s in a nice location, Scandicci.
There are pizzerias, coffee shops and a supermarket nearby.
Very easy to walk to the tram and go to central Florence
Location, not far from a parking with a trap stop bringing you to Florence within 20 mins. Easy street parking.
Nice decor and well equipped. AC in hot summers was very useful.
The Villa was so unique. There were horses, rabbits, birds and ducks in the property. The hosts were so kind and helpful. just thirty minutes outside of Florence.
Great wifi and parking, clean, and very helpful personnel. 6 minutes away from the tram station, which will take you to the center of Florence in 30 minutes.
