Traveled thru the area. Stayed two nights. Did not have much time to enjoy the offerings. City looked clean, with plenty of trees and green space. Picturesque but still has all the elements of a large metropolis.

We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee football game. We stayed on the out skirts of town because either other hotel rooms were booked up or the hotels jacked up in prices for the weekend. Knoxville is a great city to visit but if your not into college football I'd suggest you visit when there's not a game going on.
There's a lot of fun restaurants in downtown Knoxville "Market Square".

I have commented already and your comments will greatly improve if you do those few inexpensive refurbishments. Also tell people there are 2 apartments, so persons aren't surprised by noises from other renters.
The creatures under the home are getting in through the open door in the back of the house.
Thank You

We were only there for a night, but the Texas Road House we ate at was awesome. Our server was absolutely awesome. Just a heads-up, not a complaint, no matter your age, prepare to be carded when requesting adult beverages. I understand why they do it, it's a college town and they're doing their part to diminish underage drinking. 2 thumbs up!
kind, polite, professional, fun, adventure, diverse. I did the Jeep Tour of the Smoky Mountains . I did a horse drawn carriage ride thru Cedars Cove. The ride should have been longer. It was only 30 minutes round trip. Good country food. i ate at a German Restaurant, also. Everything was easily accessible not too hard to find. I also participated in Tree Top Adventures. Very good people. They helped me to do better at ziplining.
If i go back to Tennessee, I will structure my vacation differently so I can do more activities

We loved the free trolleys and all the unique boutiques and restaurants. We loved the little pizza place next to our hotel stayed open until 1. The Hardy & Lainey Wildon concert we seen at the Knoxville civic center was absolutely amazing. I would love to return for another show.
The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are older but clean and bathrooms are fresh and renovated. There is a basics breakfast included with hot coffee to get your day started. It was a short drive to the University and downtown. The hotel is right off the interstate 40 but we didn’t hear traffic noises at all during our stay. Each staff member we interacted with had a smile in their face and they were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again.
We were in Knoxville for only an overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, modern amenities, and extra services offered. The hotel has a lovely dining area for breakfast; however, the unique menu at Starbucks in the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott was more appealing. Having accessibility to amenities in both hotels for business and recreational travel is such a plus. The night, morning and housekeeping staff were very kind and accommodating.
The room was clean, quiet. I took a shower but adjusting the temperature of the water was a little complicated. I thought the hotel was closer to downtown Knoxville, but it was a bit of a drive. No breakfast and no good recommendations, but found something a few miles away. Minor issues. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I stayed in the Red Roof Inn across the parking lot the week before and felt a little uneasy. There seemed to be people living in the facility. This hotel stood right beside it, but was presented well and felt like a better part of town.
I really liked the charachter of the hotel, it was really in theme with being so close to the university and had quirky little details like student id cards as hotel room cards. It was in a great location with lots of places to eat right outside and the rooms were comfortable.
Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable and the staff was incredible. Was close enough to walk to everything downtown, including the coliseum. The room was huge and we loved the window. Would definitely stay here again!
Room was spacious, well appointed, and the entire hotel was brand new. Beds were comfy and bathroom was very modern, spacious.
Location was right off the highway and there were lots of restaurants very close by.
Very Comfortable bed. Pet friendly and our room was close to the stairwell so we could quickly take the dogs outside. Pretty close to downtown - Knoxville proper is a really cool town!
The hotel is beautiful, breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Parking is convenient and the location is very close to many downtown restaurants and bars.
