I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping.
I love Lancaster! Lots of things to do & shopping. Close to Maryland & Wash DC. Only complaint w/b need better Fast Food meals. (I do not like bready/ nor greasy food, but there are plenty of decent Restaurants to go to and not too expensive, either.) So...overall, definitely recommend Lancaster.

Lancaster is a great area.
Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

Lancaster is never disappointing.
Lancaster is never disappointing. We love the farmland and fresh air. The stores full of handmade furniture are unbelievable. We have been going to Lancaster and the towns surrounding it for nearly 30 years.

There is always so much to do in Lancaster.
There is always so much to do in Lancaster. During this time we always go for the shows and the shopping. The AMT Music show is always wonderful, the shows at Sight and Sound are so moving. There are so many great places to eat, and of course you have the outlets, and an all open Park City Mall.
We have been coming here for 18 years during Christmas, and of course every year we have to eat at Miller's Smorgasbord. An unbelievable eating experience.

Lancaster has beautiful country side with farms and animals, beautiful shows at the sights and sound theater, Kitchen Kettle village is a wonderful place to shop. We stayed at the comfort inn Lancaster at 24 s Willowdale Dr. It ‘s a great location close to everything, Many restaurants and store very close by. We ate at Texas Road house and Olive Garden.
This trip was a visit to Lancaster , my home where I grew up. I haven't visited in many years. I picked the right time, and the weather was perfect. I went down the road to Katie's kitchen and had breakfast several times. I went to Central Market.
The hotel was 60 $ a night. I don't care if some of the furniture had a scratch, or water pressure wasn't so great. The bed was good, and I had internet, and no one kept me awake at night. Those things matter .
I liked how all staff seemed to like their job so much. They were so friendly and was always looking out for your needs. They hotel was the cleanest I've ever been in. The breakfast was hot and adequate. First time I saw coffee where the beans were ground for each cup and then brewed. That coffee was the best because it wasn't bitter. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.
The Cartoon Network theme was fun to experience with two pools and a-splash pad. Plus, fire pits at night. We got the powerpuff girls room with the bunkbeds for the kids, which was pretty neat. Also, Dutch Wonderland is literally next door to the hotel and just a two minute walk. The hotels location is around a lot of restaurants.
Great location. We spent the morning Christmas shopping in the Lancaster Central Market and had a short drive to the hotel. In the evening we walked to the Iron Hill Restaurant. The city of Lancaster (and especially the Arts Hotel) was decked out in beautiful Christmas lights which made the walk even more enjoyable.
Fun and pleasant atmosphere. Well-equipped and comfortable room, excellent shower
Great location, near a shopping center and near a road
The hotel in general is clean
Good breakfast
There is a 24/7 coffee, tea and chocolate counter
Place to park the car
recommended!!!
The hotel was extremely clean, the room and bathroom pristine. The staff that I encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. The included breakfast had several good options. The general atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay there again.
The rooms are up to date and very clean. I booked this particular hotel because it is located across the street from Dutch Wonderland and Tanger outlet stores. This hotel checks off every box for my family, I will be staying with the hotel again!
The staff was amazing. My room was very clean. I loved how friendly everyone was! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re traveling to that area. Price was fair and the room was worth what I paid!
Me and my two children really liked the pool and the room was cozy in a Lancaster county style. I also really liked the rocking chairs on the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and so were the other guests.
The pools are the best part of resort. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Hotel WiFi is excellent throughout the property. The Sheetz steps from the hotel is very useful, even if it not a WaWa.
This hotel is one of the best hotels around. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores near by. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Not one bad thing.
Breakfast was enough, not extraordinary, but you get what you need.
Room was very spacious and clean.
Easy access to Hotel, very comfortable in general.
