This is a large property with a large atrium and plenty of space for seating and the restaurant. There is also a full bar as well as evening snacks. There is a laundry room, a fitness room and a designated breakfast buffet room. The pool has an adjacent hot tub. The rooms do not have a a kitchenette but they offer a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is large with a closet and a safe in the closet. The bed is separate in a bedroom and has access to the bathroom. We have stayed her 2 times and found it comfortable.

Great place for kids at the Greta lakes crossing. We enjoyed peppa pig world, Lego land, and sea life aquarium while there. In addition to dining at rain forest cafe. I would highly recommend to other families

The heater made a weird noise and I woke up frequently when it came on. The room and bathroom were clean which was good. There were no USB ports to charge devices. The lampshade closest to the door needed to be replaced and the wall paper was peeling by the lampshade. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but we could definitely smell stale smoke as if people had smoked in that room in the past. The pillows on the bed were smaller than standard. 4 square pillows which was odd. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was partially under construction. The hallways had a musty odor and the room was not cleaned properly.There was a pair of underware under the table against the wall by the fridge. There were no hand towels at the sink. I have stayed here in the past and it was 100% better. I wont be going back.

We had a concert in downtown Pontiac.
We had a concert in downtown Pontiac. The hotel was on the way and easy to find. Getting to our venue was super simple from the hotel. Fast food and gas stations along the way. Downtown Pontiac is unique. We ate at the Brewery and seen a Concert at Crofoot. Perfect Date night with a spouse.

Very spacious, updated, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The staff was awesome. The girl who checked us in, the older woman who cashed us out for late night snacks, and the young man who checked us out were all very pleasant and extremely friendly. 10/10 should stay here when in town for a concert or show.
