For my review, it has nothing to do with a hotel but with booking.com I booked my room at booking.com and upon check-in they had no records of my payments that I had already done online so I had to pay again so that I can receive my room. They did refund me the money but the simple fact in the point was that I paid online and I have to pay again and the front desk upon chicken. It was a Saturday night so as you can tell the refunds don’t come in till business days. if I was broke and all I had was that of the second charge I would have been so upset. You would think or I would think that they would give you some type of credit again towards your next room as well with your refund that obviously we need to give back because you paid for the room yourself but I guess their customer service is not as great as they make it seem.

Livermore is the cutest little town you ever did see.
Livermore is the cutest little town you ever did see. About 30 mi from Oakland and San Jose. This particular LaQuinta use to be EXCELLENT! Since becoming part of the Wyndham brand it's gone down considerably. The lobby, elevator, hallways and rooms use to be immaculately clean. Now they are Ok. If you stay at hotels alot like I do then you know what's up. The management and customer service suck. 27min past 12 the front desk is going nutz. Like I said overall the place is still an 8: clean room, comfy/clean bed, tiny TV, decent water pressure, good location, on sight/affordable laundry facilities and ample parking. This place use to be a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Livermore is an affluent community and usually everything in town reflects that. I know they are part of Wyndham but this particular LaQuinta has not hit rock bottom yet. So since there's still hope I will probably come back. Hopefully they'll step back up and shine

Customer service is nonexistent.
Customer service is nonexistent. Talked to supervisor and she is worst. She doesn’t know what she is talking about. I was overcharged for 1 room and she said it was because 1 have 2 child in the room but there is no charge for children. It really ruined my vacation for my entire family and I booked a total of 11 rooms on this stay. I am glad that my other family members booked the rest of the 20 rooms at Marriott a blocked away but I thought Hilton is a better hotel and I am very disappointed. Forget about early check in. We were hoping at least half of the rooms were available but up to 2:30pm the actual supervisor told us that none of the rooms were ready due to short staff but at 3pm it was all available. No consideration, it was a flat NO for early check in.

Livermore is a great place to stay.
Livermore is a great place to stay. It sits in the middle of its own beautiful wine country. Many wineries to wine taste. Great restaurants. Both the wineries and restaurants are close to the Courtyard Marriott hotel. And good shopping available at probably the nicest outlets mall I have been to in the country. The Riata steakhouse restaurant is really good, affordable and a local, downhome eatery.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, had good beds and an additional sofa bed. However, when I woke up in the morning there were ants in my room - a lot of ants. They were coming in from a light fixture on an external wall. The trail was a 4 lane highway cruising down the wall, along the baseboard and onto the desk and tv. The front desk was nonchalant about it and said I would receive a discount for the unpleasant surprise. To date I have not heard from the hotel or received the promised discount. So...if you go, be prepared for friendly people and even friendlier ants - a lot of ants.
the new breakfast room lady is efficient; everything is restocked, the coffee is hot and refilled; the room is spotless. she routinely cleans the tables. so much better than all the other employees they've employed in that position. never on her phone, never have to ask for the coffee to be refilled, or anything for that matter. she makes eye contact and is very pleasant to speak with. the hotel should make sure she is happy and stays!
Angelina is the best. She's very sweet. She explains everything and answers anything. She's accommodating, warm, always with a smile, and most importantly she is the reason we stayed another night. And oh by the way the rooms are nice and clean. Thank you Angelina. Thank you Livermore!
Dog friendly which allowed me to bring our Pup on the trip with us. Breakfast was really Good as well. Great value for room size. Rooms were pretty big. It was the first time I had seen a full size refrigerator in a hotel room. In the same lot as the Livermore Outlets.
I do appreciate the few upgrades they did in the rooms. I stay at this location in Livermore California at least twice a year. The staff is great and the new tile in the bathrooms is a nice touch. The beds are firm which I love!! All in all it was a good stay
The rooms were huge and modern and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my night at this hotel, which was conveniently located to go to San Francisco (though bear in mind too far from SF to go back and forth each day).
