Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation.

Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation. It is located along the cost of Dead Sea,has many comfortable hotels to stay. It has nice beaches. Costal area is newly rebuilt. Has separated lines for bikers or wakers. It is easy to make day trips, or tours to historical sights beautiful cities, vineyards, zoos from here. Here is a Shopping mall with some top European and US brands, nice cafes, delicious bakeries. Jewelry store is located in David hotel. It is high quality designer jewelry. I love silver, never left empty handed. Dead sea cosmetic, probably the most noticeable attraction of this place. All brands and varieties, may be found in many stores, or tasted in spas. I love this place, hope to visit again

    Very quiet and relaxed place.

Very quiet and relaxed place. Close to visit other areas such as Masada national park or Ein Gedi by car, taxi or bus. Not many options of places to eat outside of hotel and it is a place literally to relax so do not expect a nightlife as not what the area is about.

This is the Dead Sea, hot sea water, coarse salt sea floor and HOT. A cool day is 35 C, so you need a hat, water, sunscreen/sun block and foot protection if your feet are sensitive. Get a half meal plan, you can easily get by with lunch and dinner. Mix sea fun with pool time.

It's an incredibly beautiful place, the views are magnificent. It's almost a spiritual experience. It's very hot so you need to have water with you at all times and always cover your head. The heat is coming from everywhere so it's easy to get a heat stroke. If you want to go hiking, always look for hike trails and don't go into the desert if you don't know what you're doing - you can get lost and there are wild animals (like ibexes and leopards). If you go into the Dead Sea, always listen to the instructions - float on your back only and don't put your head under water. There are direct busses to Ein Gedi and Masada - both worth visiting. Buying bus tickets can be confusing as you can't pay cash - you need a Rav-Kav card which you can charge with your credit card in many ATMs, the card itself costs ₪5 (I think it can only be bought in their offices, we bought it at the bus station in Arad). I believe there's also an option to buy tickets through Moovit app (I haven't tried it myself, I've only used it for checking the routes and bus numbers).

At the hotel, the breakfast was very good.

At the hotel, the breakfast was very good. Lots and lots of food and a great variety. I loved the cheese cake! For lunch or supper I would go to the Aroma in the small mall opposite the hotel. They have excellent service, a variety of salads and sandwiches to sit down or take away and great coffee. There is also the big new mall nearby and a variety of shops, kiosks and stalls next to it with minimarkets, fast food and sit down places to eat, fashion shops, shoe shops, cosmetic products of the Dead sea and more. It is easy to get around Ein Bokek. Most things are nearby. You don't have to walk far to get from one place to another. But a car would be handy if you would want to get from the North end to the South! e.g. if you stay in a North hotel and want to get to the South end where there are separate bathing facilities for the religious at Hamei Zohar near the Leonardo club hotel. I think there is a bus service, but I don't know the frequency of it. In addition, the hotels can call a taxi or shuttle service for you.

In addition to the dead sea this is close to some beautiful nature hikes with waterfalls- nachal david, nachal arugot. There are also jeep rides nearby and this hotel gave us a voucher to use the spa facilities at another hotel. This hotel had a pool and massage parlor on site.

    - The only hotel there to offer a one night stay - Big win for them. We couldn't leave the children behind for more than two days, so that was a good deal for us. - Late check out on Saturday @14:00 was a great surprise and suited us very well. - The indoor "Salt pool" is a very nice way to enjoy the dead sea's benefits, without the blistering sun. - Free luggage deposit after check-out is nice (We didn't use the service - but good to know). - It was very clean. - The staff was very pleasant.

better than expected. giving ice cream in the pool. juice and cakes in the lobby. small things that makes a little extra and gives a nice “we will take care of you “ feeling. complementary wine, and Dead Sea mud in the room. costs the hotel very little but makes the guests feel much better about other things that might be lacking in , such as no-smoking around the pool was not enforced, especially if it’s the people working there that are doing it

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpfull, especially Shlomit, who is paying attention to every detail. We got everything we required, from an upgrade for the room to information related to transportation in Israel. We liked the food, the clean room, the swimming pool, the animation team. The hotel is right on the beach, a private beach where you can enjoy the wonderful Dead Sea.

The location was perfect, it's less than 5min walk to the beach and shopping mall, there's an attached restaurant and a few more within walking distance, the Ein bokek stream walking trail starts literally behind the hotel with beautiful waterfalls and natural pools. And if you want a spa the sister hotel has one but you need to drive there, not a walking distance but for the value it was great.

Good location, next to Masada. If you want to see sunrise at Masada , this hotel will be your best choice. Also not far from Dead Sea as well !! Staff is friendly ! Compared with other hotels in Israel , this hotel price is reasonable and super clean. Breakfast is great too . If I come back to Dead Sea next time , I definitely will stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay - the room description on Booking.com was misleading and they booked us a family studio (we though we were getting a unit with a separate parent bedroom). The hotel understood the problem and gave us the room we had originally wanted. Overall the experience was good, food was great, pool and spa area excellent.

The hotel made the best impression. Large spacious room, very clean, good room service. Lovely delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. I would like to say especially good words about the spa. We loved the amazing massages done by Aviram. In general, we give the highest rating to the rest at the Royal Dead Sea Hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, the lobby has a wonderful and comfortable area to rest with very nice furniture and pool/sea view. The breakfast and dinner were amazing! The best I've had so far in any hotels I've been. The massages we had were incredible! I truly recommend scheduling your treatments as soon as you check in.

I liked the kitchen, I especially liked the breakfast - there were favorite cereals. Lots of dairy and delicious confectionery products. Close to the sea. We love the Dead Sea and staying at the Milos hotel was a pleasure - it's not a big hotel, but a complex of small buildings with comfortable rooms

It is probably the best hotel in Ein Bokek. Very nice rooms with a very nice view. Very quiet too. Close to a restaurant called Taj Mahal which is very good. You can swim in the sea from the hotel. Next to the bus stop that brings you to Masada or Jerusalem.
